Dear Enrique - if there was 10 ⭐ review - you would definitely get them !!!!!
It's been so long since I met a honest plomber like Enrique , professional , sensitive with our situation and so nice 🙂.
My water heater broke and I contact my insurance company for a replacement ,
The company send me a company " " that was a scam company - they did everything to get from me more money and weren't professional at all !!!!!
Then I fight with the insurance company for a second opinion - it took them 5 days to agree - that's when Enrique came to our house .
He was pleasant and super professional , he found out our water heater is still under warrenty and really there is no reason to pay so much money like the other company asked .
For sure "5 star home services inc" is the only company I'm gonna use for plumbing and repairs !!!!!

They said between 7-11 a.m. and were here at 8:00 ! Taron was very professional and polite, and focused. Got the job done quickly, left my shower and bathroom nice and clean. Thanks Taron!

I had what I thought was a small problem with my shower, but it turned out that practically everything had to be replaced. It took a couple of visits but it all turned out perfectly. Maria was very friendly with her customer service skills and seemed very concerned with my problem. Very pleasant to deal with. Chris, the tech, was very professional, knew exactly what to do and even showed me what he was doing. I would highly recommend 5Star for any service you need done and done right.

I have used 5 Star Home Services 3 times now and they will always be first on my list. They are honest, caring and respond quickly. When my water heater needed to be replaced, they came after hours to ensure I would have hot water that night. When I need service from my home warranty I always make sure that 5 Star is the company that is assigned. It is nice to know that you have someone you can count on!

I was told that someone would be here between 12 and 4. I let them know on the phone that I would need hydrojetting. A tech showed up at 1:30 p.m. he said he had nothing in his paperwork that said there was any clog and he didn't have a snake or a hydro jet. He said another tech would be here within 1 hour to with the snake to fix the clog, I reminded him out needs a hydrojet. Finally at about 4:00 I received a call saying that the tech with the snake would be on the way. I explained that a snake was not going to be sufficient. At about 5:30 a tech finally showed up and he had a snake. I told him he was going to need a hydrojet. He was very kind and he gave it his best effort but he said all he had was a snake and if that didn't work then they would be back. Now I know from experience and what another company told me in the past that in less than a year this is going to clog again I'm going to have to pay the copay to the home warranty company again and it's going to be a continual problem until it gets hydrojetted. I am not impressed with this company at all. All they have to do is the right process which a tech informed me last year needed to be done to fix the problem permanently. If the home warranty company wants to send these guys again I will refuse.
Update- We are now two weeks later and the backup happened again, because the repair was improper. I told the guy that it was going to happen like that. I called the home warranty company and they said that 5 star told them that my line was clogging because I was draining my pool into my kitchen sink. What an absurd claim! Luckily the home warranty company is sending out another provider.

Jus had this company cone out my water pressure in my master bath is just a trickle. Not as bad as in other rooms but for sure not normal. My service provider was here for 15 min and told us that we needed service on my water softener loop as well as our hot water heater. I asked if we get these serviced would they make a return visit if we are still having the issue. I was told that we needed to again go thru the Home warranty. So not I wait to make another appointment thru my HW. I feel that i was dismissed because of the home warranty rather then paying another visit and getting to the bottom of the issue. SHAME SHAME ON THE RECEPTIONIST FOR NOT GIVING me the time of day.

Our appointment to get a new water heater installed was at 6am. Robert was at our house at 6am sharp. Robert was very professional and very nice. He explained every to us and answered all our questions. I would recommend 5 star home services to friends and family 5 star rocks. Matt and Rose.

The HVAC work that was done seems to be fine. My problem is with the professionalism of the technician and most especially this company's customer service. Our technician was here 2 days in a row. The first day, he accessed the problem and explained he would need to come back the next morning at 9:00 am because it was already too hot in the attic. I know. I am sitting in a house with no AC in the middle of a Las Vegas summer. I get it. So he leaves and I realize that he has left a mess. Insulation all over my laundry room and in my garage. I was irritated (Remember, I am sitting in a hot house), But I clean it up because I feel for the guy. The next morning he is late. He gets here at 10:00am (He told me 9:00 am but the appointment had a four hour window). Whatever, dude...just get it done (One would think at this point that it was already too hot up there, but who am I to complain?). I have to leave because I am already late for a previously scheduled meeting. I have my Dad here to help lock up after the technician is done. I get home this afternoon to find another mess in my garage and laundry room. There are dust marks and scratches on my brand new dark gray Electrolux washing machine from where he obviously placed something. Ugh! I call customer service to explain what happened and was told that I should really understand since this poor technician has to deal with the heat all day. Uh...what?!? So, let me get this straight. Not only will I not receive an apology, but I am now a heel for not being more considerate of my technician? 5 Star Home Services...I am pretty sure you all DO NOT understand what that means. 2 very enthusiastic thumbs down!

5 Star Home Services has a extremely professional plumber, Rob. He is very prompt, knowledgeable, fast, polite and will not stop until you are completely satisfied. He will be the guy I call next time I have a plumbing issue. Plus the receptionist is such a polite young lady. 5 Star is really 5stars!

Gary was wonderful. He was very professional and even came early and addressed all my issues in a timely manner. He also took the time to inform me on things I needed to do and things to look for in the future! I am a happy customer and won’t hesitate to call them the next time I have an issue!
