Enrique was very personable, pleasant and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and efficiently to fix my bathroom faucet. Much better now!

We utilized 5 Star Home Services for a diagnosis and replacement of our water heater. They were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Garry explained the entire process and informed of us of our options. Once the water heater was in-stock they installed it immediately. While at our property, Garry noticed a leaking pressure valve and had another work order in and the part replaced in under 5 minutes. We definitely recommend their services and will use them again should the need arise.

I had an issue flushing the toilet in my ensuite bathroom. First, the technician was Garry. He was extremely professional and gave me all the information ahead of time. He told me upfront that he would have to remove the toilet to examine the problem and gave me a range of cost depending on the problem(s) he might encounter. When the office personnel called to make the second appt., she was extremely polite. Garry arrived during the time indicated. He started with the least expensive way to solve the problem and there is was! Problem solved! As well, I thought I needed a new toilet and he informed me the toilet was in great shape and didn't need to be replaced. Honest and professional. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly!!

I was assigned 5 Star Home Services through my home warranty. I was VERY impressed with how fast and professional this company is. After putting in a request to my home warranty company I was contacted within an hour. They told me Garry would be here between 11pm-2pm. Garry called at me 10:02am and said he would be early! Garry showed up, had a great attitude and was super professional!!!! The job was done within an hour. From start to finish (including the time I submitted my home warranty claim) everything was done within 2 hours. Garry even cleaned up the dry wall in the garage that was cut!!! Should be called 10 star!!! Will use again!!

5 Star Home Services lives up to their name and goes way beyond 5 stars in my opinion. Their plumber Gary came out and I showed him the many different plumbing issues in my house. He explained what was wrong with each one and how he would fix them and then this dynamo of a man fixed everything. He is intelligent, knowledgeable, skillful, efficient, pleasant, honest, and totally focused on the job at hand. His work ethic and skill impressed me greatly. Thank you 5 Star Home Services for this excellent service, and Thank you Gary!

We contacted our home warranty for a leak we found in our wall. They sent 5 Star Home Services to inspect the problem. Gary is the technician that showed up and advised us of his plan to make the repairs as long as the home warranty would cover it. A couple hours after he left, the home warranty called us back and let us know that the repairs were going to be covered under our policy. Four days later, Gary came back and made the repairs. Gary was polite, professional and pleasant to deal with. If we ever have any other plumbing issues we will request to have them send out 5 Star Home Services and request that they send Gary.

Gary came to our rescue over Thanksgiving. As a recent retired Firefighter I appreciate finding great community services. We had a small plumbing leak that was hidden inside our walls for some time and didn’t show itself until it started leaking through the ceiling weeks later. Gary came on Thanksgiving day to inspect the damage. He called early to let us know he was on his way and arrived on time. He was polite, friendly and professional. He quickly found the problem and advised us of the needed repairs. We have a Manoblock system so I was prepared for the worst. He was honest in saying it would take 3-4 weeks for a replacement block and how he and 5 Star would work with American Home Shield to get the repairs coved. Gary was diligent in keeping up with AHS and the block arrived sooner than expected. He showed up on a Saturday with a smile and went right to work replacing the bad block. He didn’t mind my looking over his shoulder and explain all the in and outs of what he was doing. If you are looking for an honest, professional and knowledgeable plumber who represents a company that will give you a fair estimate and great customer services then ask for Gary and only use 5 Star Home Services Inc.

Garry was completely amazing! He not only fixed our faucet issue but he gave us some tips on maintaining our faucets and shower heads. He was so patient and none of the usual maintenance guy BS. I would recommend 5 Star and Garry any day of the week!

Service Technician Garry came to fix my toilets and I was pleasantly surprised how he explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. I really appreciated the eye contact he gave me while explaining the processes to me. He was total nice and I felt comfortable with him being in my home. I had an awesome experience and I thank Garry for his professionalism and kindness.

My home appliance insurance decides which contractor to assign whenever I request service for any issues in my house. Since I do not have a choice, I am always at the mercy of contractors that are not of my choosing. I have found that often when workers cannot fix problems due to lack of skill and competency, they revert to misleading and false technical explanations, in the hope that the customer gets hoodwinked by the tech lingo. I have had recurring plumbing issues that no one was able to solve for a period of about three years.
I am grateful that one plumbing company, 5 Star Home Services was able to resolve my issues. I want to give my special thanks and commendation to TARON, the representative who was dispatched to my house. Taron was extremely knowledgeable of his skill. He was quick to troubleshoot and fix all the plumbing problems that had lingered on for years in my house. He had all the tools and spare parts needed on hand. He did not waste time going to purchase supplies or rescheduling the appointment. I was amazed and pleasantly surprised that he had a solution to my complaints. Thank you, Taron, for being thorough and competent in your skill. I would give Taron a ten out of ten for timeliness, professionalism, efficiency, and competency in his skills to fix problems. Your company should be proud of your competency and skills.
