Not at all satisfied with the service I received today. Called them out to come and service my furnace for maintenance and releplace a part. After technician leaves I go to turn on my heat and nothing is blowing out. Calls the company back to let them know I have no heat. They will send somebody out, technician has already gotten to his next stop. So I’m waiting plus irritated. Tech come back and noticed a piece broken off that does not know how it happened. Excuse me what. 😡 Can this piece be replaced I ask, says yes but doesn’t really know for sure. I go on to say that I will not be paying for anything else. No sorry for the inconvenience or offer of discount besides the measly 10 that was on the original charge. Not a happy camper nor will I ever use them again.
4:30 Pm I usually don’t do updates to reviews, however after speaking with Dawn who is the manager of the services department called with concerns of my service call today, I felt it’s only right to do so. After a brief conversation and her understanding she made things right for me. I feel good that she called because some companies won’t do that. I’m not hard to please but when mistakes are made a simple I apology will go a long way. Thank you Dawn for calling and making things right with me.
We have had our blower wheel fail three times in two years. The last time was about one month after the one-year parts warranty was up from the last failure. Standard helped with the entire cost of the parts and labor to make it right. I don’t know if it was because of the previous parts failures, the fact that they installed the unit and know it, or all of the other AC work we have had them do on it, but it was a great help to us on the same day we called. We won’t call anyone else.
This is perhaps the best company I have had conduct preventative maintenance on my furnace at both my primary home and rental property. Randy, Eugene and Josh are outstanding professionals. Randy was called on a warranty service request at my new home. He was very detailed and walked me thru everything. His recommendations were spot-on and he was very patient with all my question. Randy rocks! Thanks Nick for the quick response.
Eugene and Josh were sent to conduct our first annual preventative maintenance at my rental property. Both were curteous to my tenants and very informative. These guys are an awesome crew. Josh and Eugene know heir stuff. Very competent. I am in good hands with this company. You will be too!!

I could not have been happier with my experience! The staff truly went above and beyond to get our air conditioner replaced in a timely manner. Having an elderly mother living with us made it critical that the replacement happen quickly. I would highly recommend Standard Heating and Air!
My A/C was not working. I called Standard in the morning and my A/C was fixed by early afternoon on the same day. The tech was professional and friendly. He took the time to teach me about my A/C system and how to better program my thermostat to save money and be more comfortable!
If awards were given for staying in contact with a customer, I think Standard might win them all. I've used a few different companies but I can't recall one where I was kept in the loop so constantly before the technician could arrive. Very friendly, good people. Will use them again.
We’ve used Standard for the 17 years we’ve lived here. Their always easy to schedule and arrive promptly. Their professionally dressed and polite. We have the yearly maintenance contract that saves us money. I’d recommend them to others.
I had the privilege to have joe come and work on my AC and do my spring check! Joe was here and did an amazing job and was very nice and kind And explained everything he was doin. I am very happy and pleased with his service he was able to provide me today. I run a daycare and he was very kind to the children I have around and respectful for the ones I had laying down. I just wanted to let anyone know how happy I was with my service I received.
Technician was great. Fixed our air conditioning problem in about a half an hour. When asked what the charge was he said no charge in that he might have caused the problem during our annual checkup. Made our day with his honesty. Not always encountered.
