Had our AC go out and they were able to come in and replace it within a week. A big thanks to Cody who came for the quote and answered all of my questions regarding various systems thoroughly.

Tovah and Rob did a fantastic job installing and everything works great. I didn’t catch their names but the electricians from Spark were friendly and professional as well.

Will definitely use Standard in the future

We've had a great experience with Standard. We've had the Mitsubishi mini-ducts Heat/AC units put in two rooms in August 2022 and recently had a new furnace and A/C installed. In both projects Standard's quote was the highest and they would not endorse a downgrade in equipment to save money because they did not feel it would serve our needs. Communication is good and all team members have been trustworthy and professional.

My old furnace went out. I called Standard and one other company. Standard was quick to arrive, diagnose the problem, quote a replacement furnace, and perform a Saturday installation. Their price was also better than the other company I called. Everyone was professional, clean in my home (wore shoe "booties"), and efficient with their work. Very happy with the service.

I have had Standard Heating & A/C come out on several occasions and they are always professional. They get the job done right & recommend exactly what is needed, never trying to upsell. I appreciate that my technician, Mike teaches me how to use my system properly and is patient with my learning curve 😁

Mike taught us how to use our boiler. Our first time with radiators. He is a gifted trainer as well as service. Summer is super helpful by phone. Initial contact was great as well. 3 for 3 so far. We are doing the annual service with them because of the real quality we've experienced.

Standard installed our new furnace and AC during the pandemic after the furnace completely died when it was -40 degrees. They were very fast to support us especially since we had already gone through the quote phase. We’ve signed up for the annual system checks/cleaning every year since. Their service team are always on time, excellent communicators, and clean up after themselves. Highly suggest using this team for your HVAC needs.

I recently had Standard Heating and Cooling install a Mitsubishi Mini Split air conditioning system. I saw they had previously done work on my home including a furnace and other work, so I gave them a call. They gave me the best quote by far (several $1000's of dollars under others). The Guy (Tom) that came out to explain the system and quote the job was amazing and did a great job, worked up the quote, and printed it up on the spot. The office communicated very professionally in advance of the install. The installers were extremely organized, had all their ducks in a row and were in and out of my home in less than 4 hours, cleaned up any mess and explained everything they did and how to operate the new units. The units are amazing. So very quiet, you cannot tell if they are on. Standard even filed my Excel Rebate forms for me, so I didn't have to be bothered. Do not be afraid to spend your money with Standard. You'll be very pleased with the results.

Sam W. came out to evaluate our furnace after we heard a strange noise coming from out. He was outstanding! He was very friendly, professional, and honest. Will definitely ask for him again for our service needs.
