Wonderful service and the kindest employees! From scheduling the service to the appointment itself, I was impressed with their service all around.

Our AC went out mid summer and we were able to get a technician out the very next day. Seth was incredibly kind and informative. He took the time to explain everything, answer any and all questions I had and even took time to say hi to the dogs at the end :) We will definitely be repeat customers the next time we have an issue! Highly recommended!!

Both the sales and installation experience were friendly and efficient. Rick, our salesperson, was very informative and explained all the options we could look at. He also asked us about how we use our current system so he had better information to make a recommendation. Cody our installer was also informative about our new system and spent time showing us what maintenance we needed to be aware of. All in Al a thoroughly satisfying experience.

Standard has been a great service provider to us for over 5 years in two very different houses. They have installed a ductless AC unit, a new furnace and fixed our smart thermostat. Everything works great and is very efficient too. Their techs are on time, clean, respectful, efficient and pleasant to work with. We recommend them to all our friends.

The excellent service I receive from Standard Heating & Air began when my furnace needed to be replaced. The work was done on Christmas Eve.
I use their maintenance plan & Standard is very diligent with follow up to be sure the maintenance is scheduled.
Every service technician is very helpful & courteous. First thing is shoe covers to not track anything in the house. If they change a filter they will take care of it.
The technicians are polite, listen; if I have questions, responsive & prompt.
Shout out to Jack today; called he was coming, arrived early, polite, efficient & answered my question.

We have always been impressed by the professionalism and thoroughness of the Standard Heating and Air technicians. Recently, Brian came to clean our air conditioning unit. He did a great job and was very friendly. He offered some suggestions of things we could do to improve the functionality of the unit. He answered our questions but didn’t pressure us. I highly recommend Standard.

Sam called and arrived on time. He was very professional and extremely nice to talk to since I had a lot of concerns about my 21 year old AC and 12 year old furnace that is rusting out. Discussed the class action for the furnace and set up a sales appointment later in the month to replace both in September.

I’ve used Standard Heating exclusively for about twenty five years. They’ve installed two furnaces, an A/C unit, best duct cleaning ever and I’m on their semi annual maintenance plan. They are always prompt, friendly, informative, professional and take time to ensure my questions are answered if I have any. Sales staff has been great, reception staff is always helpful, and technical staff that install and deliver maintenance are always very good. They ask about masks, foot covers and leave my house clean. Fun to chat with also. And they’re a long standing local family business, for decades. I wholeheartedly recommend Standard Heating for all your indoor HVAC and environmental needs.

Jude did a great job. He arrived when he said he would and worked nonstop until the job was done. He answered all my questions and was very respectful. He was very careful in and outside our house. He put down rugs and runners on the floor and stairs. He cleaned up all work areas. So far the new air conditioner is working great. It is so much quieter than our old unit. We are very pleased.

Arrived before scheduled appointment window. Tech was very professional and knowledgeable about the industry as a whole. Able to answer all my questions and provide real world scenarios and facts to help me understand. Also left me with some great tips on how to improve my home’s air quality. Greatly appreciate the relaxed and conversational visit (unlike others I’ve hired who treat it as a sales call with the hard pitch and constant up selling). Highly recommend.

I just finished a major remodel on a 100 year old house. The furnace had to be replaced and had no AC. Standard was a star from the first estimate with Cody, contacts with office staff and then an excellent installment with Jeff. Both Cody and Jeff answered all my questions with details I could understand. The installation was done with no problems.
I did get other estimates but Standard came in with a reasonable bid with no extra costs; that another company added.
