I was very impressed with standard heating. When Seth came out for the initial quote he probably spent at least 30 min in my house, listened to what I was looking for, explained everything, and gave me my quote. He gave me his personal cell phone number and was very responsive with texting throughout the process. To compare, I had a competitor come out for a second bid, not only was their price a little higher (few hundred dollars) the initial person who came out probably spent less than 5 min in my house. He was very professional, but the level of service I felt from standard heating far exceeded the competitor and I felt very comfortable moving forward.

The technician was on-time (actually early) completed the work in just under 3 hours, was very friendly and explained everything to me. They left my house in good condition after the install.

Overall I was very impressed and would recommend without reservation.

Deacon and Dylan did an excellent job on an A/C tune up, and Deacon also did our furnace tune up. We recently moved into a new home and they checked out the system, made sure it was safe and functional, and pointed out potential future issues. We will look into a new system as the current one is reaching it's life span, but we are reassured that the system is in working condition. We have used Standard for years and are always happy with their service.

The technician was patient and fixed my problem quickly. He explained what was going on and fixed it. The price was reasonable and was quoted up front before he began. I will use Standard from now on for all my heating and air conditioning. I had a much more pleasant experience than I have had with other companies.

Our air conditioner stopped working at the same time I was calling to get my semi annual unit check. So glad we’re on the smart plan! Nathan came out 2 days later, replaced the capacitor, hosed the outside unit, and couldn’t have more pleasant and efficient! Result? We’re enjoying cool air this evening and glad that we’ve used Standard service for 29 years!

Chad and Gus were incredible! They made sure everything was working properly and walked me through how I can best manage my house. Highly recommend!!

Tovah was the point person for a furnace and air conditioner replacement. It was a three person team. Everything was professional. They arrived on time and completed the entire job early. I'm very happy with Standard Heating and would recommend them to my friends.

Excellent workmanship and quality from the Standard team. Our service technician, Greg, walked me through everything he was doing and why my system failed. Highly knowledgeable and knew almost immediately where he should check for the source of the problem. He also was able to help me seal up a section of our vent that was leaking air - free of charge. We’ve used Standard multiple times for services and have no reason to switch.

This was a 4 day project which involved removal of an old gravity furnace with asbestos abatement and installation of new furnace, adding AC and all new venting and ductwork. The project went very smoothly. Thomas (the installer) was very knowledgeable, meticulous and professional. He was also assisted by John, Tovah and members of Spark Electric. Everyone was committed to my satisfaction as their customer and worked with me throughout the process to assure that I was happy with the end result. I am very satisfied with how everything was done and would definitely recommend Standard Heating & Air.

Deacon and Dylan were very prompt and professional. They thoroughly analyzed our AC system during our tuneup. Although the news wasn’t what we wanted to hear Deacon explained the overall need to explore replacing our Ac and furnace as a better option versus sinking money into a short term repair which may not provide the desired results.
