The sales person was very good about letting us know what various options were and the price so that we could make an informed decision. The installation crew arrived right on time, we’re courteous, made sure they protected our home and gave us a great overview of the new furnace, ac condenser, and the new thermostat. I highly recommend Standard Heating & Air Conditioning!

First we met with Seth regarding an estimate for our 27year old AC unit that stopped working. Seth was personable, knowledgeable and friendly. We quickly made the decision to move forward with installation of a new unit.

We were able to schedule the next morning. Pao called and arrived to begin the installation. He too, was professional and friendly. Pao left and Rob finished the job. Thorough and professional!

Great service. I e-mailed an inquiry in about my furnace troubles around 1 PM and it was back up and running before 5 PM. They called me promptly and had 2 openings for a same-day service call. Seth called ahead and arrived in the window. He cleaned the flame sensor and the furnace is back up and running again. Good notes on the Tune up form; payment was easy. I'll call Standard Heating and Air Conditioning again the next time I need service. Reasonable price too!

Thanks to excellent maintenance services by Standard (we belong to their Smart Club), we’ve not had to repair or replace either our furnace or our (aging) AC. All techs have been competent, courteous and professional. Highly recommend!

Tech was knowable and quickly diagnosed the air conditioner problem—it was low on coolant with a leak and not cooling. He recharged and added coolant and a leak sealant. He was professional, completed work quickly, explained options in easy to understand way. I am very satisfied.

I've had Standard Heating and Air Conditioning servicing my HVAC systems at my previous home and at my new home. They are THE BEST at customer service and responsiveness! The price is always fair and now I signed up for a Gold membership which has taken the need for me to call them for yearly maintenance. I am automatically on their schedule for May and November.

My technician, Brian Evans, is THE BEST EVER! He is so personable, professional, kind, and helpful. He always reminds me how to clean the new fancy filter and the last time he came he even allowed me to take a video of him doing it so that when I need to refer to the video, I can. So kind of him.

The first time he came to my home my nephew was there and was asking him all kinds of questions. Brian listened intently and answered all of Sam's questions. Brian was so patient and gracious! I always look forward to my visits with Brian because he always remembers our last exchanges and is always so helpful!

Sam was our technician for our second appt with Standard Heating. He arrived on time to service the HVAC system (first appt was for duct cleaning). He explained not only the problems, but also the things he found to be working properly. He gave several options on how to remedy our situation, which was nice considering most of our experiences with other businesses just want more money. Sam answered all of our questions with patience. We will be using them again and we highly recommend them as well!
