I have been part of their smart club and have had great interactions with them. The techs have all been easy to work with and patience with my numerous questions. I don't really understand why my heater gets tuned in the spring and my AC in the fall, but they work great and that's the most important thing. I have had repairs caught as well that as a home owner I would have missed, so I like the security knowing it is unlikely my HVAC will fail when I need it most.

Our furnace went out overnight in January. Our tech (Alex) got to our place within 6 hours of my call and was able to fix our motor the same day due to his expertise & wide array of parts in his vehicle. He was extremely kind & professional. Whether you’re in a pinch or just need annual maintenance I hope you consider Standard.

This is the second install of a HAVAC system in our home which we have lived in for over 40 years. They have both been done with Standard Heating and Air Conditioning. They have been in business for years and treat you like family. Very professional, caring attention to detail. Jake Cowle was just great to work with.

Our 23-year-old furnace died early on a Friday, with a very cold weather forecast. A repairman from Standard Heating came out early on Saturday and gave us the bad news: we needed a new furnace. He arranged for a salesperson to visit us that same afternoon to assess our needs and recommend how to proceed. He in turn set up an appointment with the installation team to replace the dead furnace on Monday. Sure enough, they arrived bright and early Monday and before noon the heat was on. We had three cold days, but appreciated the prompt and thoughtful service from the friendly and efficient Standard Heating professionals.

As always, Standard Heating & AC did a great tune-up this past week. Their technicians are professional, knowledgeable and very easy to talk with. I've been using them for over a decade. They're the best.

Both gentleman were professional, (Grant and his partner) attentive to cleanliness inside the home, explained what they would be doing, installed a new filter for system, washed AC outside and put everything back where it was to start with. Signed up for Smart Club, good experience and highly recommend both guys!

The service tech was prompt, courteous, and friendly. I received a courtesy call when he was en route informing me of his immanent arrival. He did his work quickly and efficiently and let me know that if I hear a particular sound coming from my furnace that it is time to replace the filter. No complaints.

Elliot and his team were top notch, precise and thorough. He was super communicative throughout the process from arrival through installation. The quality and workmanship were also superior - would HIGHLY recommend.
