Chad diagnosed our A/C problem very promptly and kept us informed as to the issue. He fixed it right away and also did our scheduled tuneup that was to be done in a week. He had Davin (a trainee) with him and both were so delightful to work with in our home. I have been with Standard Heating since 1992 and their service is great. Paul/Barb

I’ve always gotten good service from Standard Heating & Cooling, which is why I signed up for their annual heating/cooling maintenance plan. Every technician I’ve dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough in both inspections and maintenance. Personally I’d rather be proactive and pay to prevent problems before they happen, and I’m happy with their work.

Standard came to our house to do an AC service. The technician was nice, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He checked down in the basement and then outside to check the AC unit. Thankfully everything was working fine at the moment but gave us some good advice on what to do with our aging furnace and AC unit. All in all great service. We will use them again.

My technician Jason was very professional and willing to answer questions that I had. He told me he would be both inside and out doing his work. Before he was going to do some welding he told me that my smoke detector might go off but not to worry. I heard him finish and no alarm, but just as I said that to myself then the alarm went off. It only lasted for like one minute. Jason told me my new a-coil has a two year warranty. That extra year is because I am a member of the Smart Club.

I switched to Standard Heating from another provider and am very pleased with their service. Their employees are friendly, respectful and honest. The individual who came out to give me a bid for a new furnace was knowledgable and was able to get it scheduled quickly. They also provided a free thermostat! Highly recommend.

Had our boiler serviced this morning, needed a lot of cleaning! He also found a couple parts not quite doing their job just right, and let me know it wasn't urgent to repair, but at least now I know about those things for whenever we are ready to do the work. Tech was on time and completed the work in a timely manner. We signed up for the annual tune up because we were very pleased with the experience!

Had another great experience with Standard! Thermostat and furnace stopped working two nights ago so I called the next morning and was able to schedule an appointment easily for the following day. Chris arrived and quickly identified what the issue was. Everything was clearly explained and options given. It was a painless process! Thank you, Chris and the Standard Team for getting my heat back on!

Our A/C went out and our unit is located in the attic. A couple hvac companies told me they won’t go into attics anymore. Thankfully one of the companies told me to call Standard Heating. I was so thankful he gave me the recommendation. They came out within 2 days. Jason Z and Casey G came to our home and looked at our A/C and put up with our very excited and curious Labs. They were friendly, efficient, prompt and fixed our A/C in a short period of time. Jason and Casey are an asset to Standard Heating. We would highly recommend Standard Heating to anyone looking for a respectable company.

Our AC died on one of our 90F+ nights. I called the next morning and by the afternoon Standard Heating had it fixed. Plus the 10 yr parts and labor warranty meant our invoice was $0.00. Gotta love it!

Standard Heating and Air Conditioning replaced the ancient AC unit on a rental property of ours. Thomas was very professional and easy to work with. The finished product looked great and he went the extra mile to walk me through everything and even sent pictures of the inside of the ducting to show what he had done in there. Overall, it was a great experience and they are going to be our go to HVAC company moving forward.
