I used Standard Heating and Air Conditioning to purchase and install my new AC. My experience was wonderful! Rick helped determine the best system for me and spent time taking measurements to ensure the new AC would provide the right amount of cooling in my home. His level of knowledge was above superior. Michael performed the installation and was fantastic! He answered all my questions and provided exceptional customer service. Both Rick and Michael were top notch and understand everything about your home AC issues and ways to resolve them. I would highly recommend Standard Heating and Air Conditioning. It was the best experience!

We used Standard Heating and AC for a new AC unit. From beginning to end we received honest, conscientious and quality sales and workmanship. Jude and Neil worked tirelessly and the results were fantastic. I would definitely recommend Standard for all your furnace and AC needs.

Seems like they have tune-up technicians who perform the regular maintenance, who then escalate to another appointment for a service/repair technician to come out if there are any issues to address. It would certainly be more convenient if it could all get done in one visit, but it's not that big a deal. Maybe that's normal for the industry, I really have no idea. Systems is systems.
Everyone's been easy to deal with, and Mitchell was exactly what I appreciate in a service tech. Pleasant and capable demeanor, clear communicator, and seemed to be interested in giving me the right information and recommendations, rather than bombarding me with irrelevant sales just for the sake of sales. This is the way.

My AC broke over the holiday weekend. I was able to call Standard Heating and they were able to squeeze me in first thing Monday. Chris, my technician was professional and prompt. He repaired the unit and made sure to test it was working properly before wrapping up. Super happy with their service.

Been using Standard for years, they are always on time, reasonably priced, professional and great with communication. For my AC tune up today I had the pleasure of having my service done by Ty. Ty shared that he was a newer employee, but I’d have never known. He called before he came, arrived when he said he would and moved like he’d been at this for decades. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.

Standard Heating again for the win! We have used Standard for all our HVAC needs -- a furnace, some random duct work, and now a new AC. We have opted for the maintenance plan, which has ended up saving us $$$. They are always prompt, friendly, informative, professional. Super competent staff -- from customer service/scheduling to sales to install and delivery team. Bonus that they are nice to my (sometimes annoying) dog AND bonus that it's a woman-owned company.

We’ve been a part of the Smart club for 5 years now and have enjoyed each technician we’ve had. Today we had Sam come out to our house for our yearly a/c tuneup. He was very professional, kind, and personable.

I continue to be impressed by the service Standard provides. Since sales and installation three years ago, the support and service have been excellent. Today, Sam took care of things just as I would have expected. I appreciated the way he educated me about the system and how to do my part to maintain it.

When our air conditioning went out I called Standard. A serviceman came out and diagnosed the problem. The system needed replacing. A salesman came out and gave a detailed estimate. He knew my financial status and gave me every available discount. The installer came and did an excellent job overcoming a few challenges. I couldn't be happier with the service, equipment and price.

I have been with Standard Heating since 2014. I use them for biannually for AC and Heating system maintenance. Their team of employees are knowledgable and experienced. They are always on time and provide communication and are available always to answer any question. They are clean and always tidy up when the work is complete. We just had our AC and Furnace replaced by them and it was the smoothest experience ever! I love this company!
