Horrible company!!! I was a driver that delivered to them. The guy at the dock cussed me out, refused to spot me and insisted I had to turn my 18 wheeler around in their tiny parking lot, then called my company and got me fired for nudging a pole that's in his words "Jinxed" and "their money maker, cause it gets hit every other day and each time is a paycheck." I've lost everything because of them. Below is the pole that I "destroyed". If you can avoid them then do it at all costs.
My first time there make sure you go in the rite way if place is on the right take the first entrance if on your left take second entrance go to back take your time getting to docks not alot of room but receiving guy was really nice and quick unloading would go back anytime.
I recently placed on order with Goodin in St Cloud and when the plumbers came to do the install they discovered that Goodin had ordered the wrong size doors for the shower. So then I had to wait over a month for the correct shower doors to come because Goodin didn’t want to ship order. Then they charged me for the new glass doors. Even though it was their mistake. There was never a call to apologize. Never a call to give me an update on when they expected the doors to came and then the extra chariot me for their mistake. I had a very bad experience with this company and discourage anyone from doing business with them. They took no ownership of the issue and I feel very disappointed in the fact that they charged me extra
Called city desk, was told they had the part I was looking for, but never said I needed an account to purchase. Drove 30 minutes to get part, only to wait for 10 minutes to be helped (despite not being busy) & then being told I needed an account. Also, not a single person inside building wearing a mask (as per state mandate & having postings to wear mask & to keep distance), during a global pandemic.
Our salesman is great with orders and finding parts. Order pickers need to learn how to read and pick the correct parts. If you place an order expect that the order will be wrong. Check your parts before you leave
Nate helped me at the city desk and he was awesome. Very knowledgeable and had a great attitude. Wish everyone else could follow suit at all competitors.
Goodin has a monopoly on hvac parts. In this game of monopoly, your order is written up wrong. Or it is picked wrong. Either way your going to wait 10-30 minutes to get your parts.
