I am most impressed with Gordon's Heating & Cooling. Superb professionalism from first impression to finishing the work. Customer service rep Allison is professional, detailed oriented and efficient. Owner Jim is hands on, caring and attentive. Technician Dan and his partner were respectful, polite, efficient and kind. This business deserves a reward for their utmost perfection. I am thoroughly impressed. Will come back to them for other furnace and AC needs. Thank you all

Very impressed with how quickly they responded to my call. I called the company at 11am and they were here by 11:30. They were able to fix my problem in less than an hour, which was great because I was really pressed for time. They were also very professional and respectful of my home.

I had to get my AC unit fixed and I called a few companies. Most of the other companies didn't have someone who could come out until a couple days later. This company said they could be there in an hour, so I decided to give them a call. I am glad I did because they were able to fix my AC unit in no time! The technician was friendly and professional and made sure he left the area clean after he was done.

I was very happy with the service I received from this company. The AC went out and it was freezing in our house. The technicians came out as soon as possible and fixed the problem quickly. They were professional and courteous and did a great job!

Our business called to schedule a appointment for one of our homeowners. We were giving a date and time between 12 and 3. The guy showed up and was told he didn't have the proper equipment to help us. He told me they would send someone out within 20 min. Got a call about rescheduling for 2 days down the road between noon and 3. Nobody showed up and got a call to reschedule again 2 days later between noon and 3. almost a full week and half. Finally, someone came out and was only there is assess and determine cost and part. they sent me a quote for 1,100 to reset a furnace stack and then rescheduled for next day. The Tech came out there, refused to tell the homeowner who he worked for and then turns out he did not have the proper equipment again for this job. Very frustrating and the only people you can call is a call center. you can't get a hold of any owners or managers.

They are fantastic. If I ever require heating or cooling repair. They were incredibly kind and gave me a thorough explanation. I appreciate you both so much. wonderful company excellent workers.
