I cannot express my gratitude for the outstanding service we received from Standard Heating & Air Conditioning. I have been a long time customer with an annual service contract and our AC went out right on the first 85 degree day of 2023. Joe came over right away, quoted me a great price, and made the whole situation very quick and smooth. The next week they installed a brand new AC in about 5 hours. While at my house their service team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for our family. They understood the urgency of the situation and made us feel important. Thanks again! I highly recommend this local business!

Consistently good! I have used Standard Heating & Air Conditioning for many years now. They have replaced my furnaces and a/c units. Their staff is very professional and knowledgeable….from the reception and schedulers to the technicians. I have never felt pressured to upgrade or purchase something that is not needed. In these times I feel these are rare qualities. Their prices I believe are fair and their employees enjoy working for this company which says a lot to me! If we have a service issue their response time has been good. I have only good things to say about this company.

I’ve been using Standard for 6 years now. They’ve installed a new AC and Furnace for me as well as doing yearly system checks. They are honest, responsive, punctual and polite when they are working with you. I’d never choose anyone else!

Randy and Paul were awesome. They quickly and efficiently solved and repaired my HVAC system, and provided excellent customer service while doing so. The price they charged was also fractions what other companies like Burtnon were trying to charge for the same job. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

We dealt with a ton of issues with our A/C since putting in a new system at a business about three years ago. Come to find out through the help of Guyle at Standard, none of them landed in either our scope as a tenant or Standards as the installer, but ended up being larger issues from the development. That didn't matter, Guyle was there every step of the way to help us and provide insight and direction to get us back on track and where we needed to be. He and Standard went above and beyond for us and that is why I will always recommend this company to anyone.

I have had nothing but excellent service from them. They send service techs that fix the issues and don't try to sell you more. I really appreciate this most about their company. I have had an entire system replaced in my home by them and they did a great job making sure everything was installed and functioning perfectly. My service tech was very friendly and answered all my questions with patience and even went the extra mile to show me how to replace a part myself to save money rather than forcing an upsell. Would definitely use this company again!

Warranty work parts 2-3 weeks out so we agreed on a new furnace with standard applying the warranty funds towards new furnace in the middle of sub-zero degrees. Thanks Standard Heat and Air for exceptional service. The service department head was awesome!
