    Should have been a simple Freon refill but the service technician did a “simple” run through of my unit before he left. Once he left all the problems started. After melting my thermostat and ruining my Air conditioner, it took the next 4 days and multiple service technician to fix my unit. Not only were non of the service people ever on time, but they never new what was wrong and left and sent another person out. Once they got it fixed, the last service technician stated it was most likely there fault. I then had the pleasure of dealing with Dawn Lieber and Julie Burger. They had to be the two rudest people in sales I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. After ruining a thermostat that cost more than the service calls the would only agree to settle a small portion of the cost. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

    Rep Tom hung up on me, then called back as though nothing happened. Horrible customer service, unwilling to help, repeated hold time for no resolution. Amazingly able to find my lost information after actually looking for it.

    Our ac went out at 9pm when it was 96 degrees outside. We used the emergency service after hours. They were prompt and more friendly than I could’ve imagined. We had a sick kid with a fever and his my 1 and 2 year olds rooms were hearing up quickly. The person came to fix it and boy did he fix it quickly! I could’ve kissed him I was so happy with all of it. Highly recommend this company. They wore a mask AND covered their shoes which was so wonderful to see with crawling kids.

    Excellent customer service. My house is cooled off and it’s not even noon yet. Dan the technician was able to arrive earlier than estimated and he fixed my Air Conditioner. He is extremely professional and explained what he found and gave me options to fix it.
    So courteous too, right down to his shoe covers that I told him weren’t necessary but he put them on anyway.
    Standard Heating and Air your company rates high on my list of who to call when I decide to replace the unit that Dan fixed today. So appreciative of your help early this morning Jody!

    The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. These guys did an awesome job installing a new heater and setting us up with central air. Showed up early, worked hard, cleaned up afterwards, all in one day! Took the time to answer all of our questions and showed us how to program the new thermostat. So very thankful!

    From the team in the office to the technicians in home, I am continually impressed with Standard. I can home from work last week to a humid house that was 88 degrees. I called Standard who committed to having a tech come out the next morning (which was something that I could understand as it was towards the end of the workday). They called me back 10 minutes later and said the tech finished the last job early so could come out immediately. He was very professional, finished the job quickly and we were able to test that night in a cool, comfortable home.

    I cannot say enough good things about Standard. I had an emergency, like everyone else in Omaha, (the heat “feels like” temp was 105) and it was no one’s fault but my own that I hadn’t had PM done on my AC. I was “dog sitting” my son’s senior dog and have a 4 year old golden myself. I would have lived, but I was worried about the dogs. Barry came out on a Saturday and fixed it so well that since I hadn’t turned the thermostat up, I had to put a sweater on Sunday morning!!! It’s not the first time Standard has saved my you-know-what!!!! Thank you, Standard!!!!

    In the past, I used a different heating & air company for repairs and maintenance. A few years ago my furnace stopped and the repair estimate was really high. I called Standard to get a 2nd opinion. Their estimate was much less and they were able to repair it quickly. I call them every fall/winter now for seasonal check up. My a/c went out last week. They were at my place the next day and had my a/c running in no time. Very reasonable price as well. Standard will always be my first call.
