Our AC started blowing hot air on the 4th of July. I was able to get a same day appointment on a holiday! Brian Rhodes came out to fix it. He was quick, very knowledgeable & friendly. My house was back to cool in less than an hour after he was done. Because of Brian we signed up for the service plan.

My tech was amazing! He showed up was beyond respectful. Told me what he was doing and why it needed to be done. Checked everything with both my furnace and ac. Explained to me why I needed to be replaced. And gave me the options of replacing and repairing. This man was my godsend because I’ve been fighting with another company and my insurance to get the information together for my insurance company. He just went above and beyond everything I was expecting.

Matt was fantastic - prompt, polite, educative, patient. Came out to inspect a humidifier system and ended up cleaning entire segments of our furnace and inspecting multiple units for issues. Brian the HVAC technician was professional and courteous. Thoroughly cleaned the unit and pointed out his recommendation of an additive and why. I have had technicians in the past that are basically sale staff and their but as i am in sales he took the right approach. If i do work its because of the extra explanation.

Tech Dylan Wood was knowledgeable and took time to explain and answer any and all questions I had. The reminders, text messages and call when Dylan was enroute to my house was great, and unlike other service providers, I wasn’t left wondering if and when he would show.

AC went out the day before I left town. I called them, they arrived for the appointment the next day as scheduled, fixed the unit, and left. Everything was acceptable with the work, my issue is their price - which they discussed with my son, not with me, because I was out of town. The repair was a bad capacitor. The new capacitor was $75. They charged me $700 for the repair. $625 for a service fee and labor. The guy was here for less than an hour. I thought there was an error - so I called them to discuss. After 5 days, and 4 calls, finally got someone who told me, nope, no mistake, that's just their rate. That's insane.

I kinda suspect they gouged me a bit because they knew I was out of town and in a bind. If they didn't then their regular price structure is based on buying new boats and vacation homes for the ownership group or something. Won't be calling them back.

Scheduled an A/C Tune up through them based on information given to me by their representative at the store I was at and the information posted on their website. During the tune up process the technician tells me if I would like for them to clean the condenser for a $70 additional charge even though their website states that part of the tune up includes “Inspect and clean the condenser.” I obviously declined this as I felt I was being misled. Spoke to a couple people one essentially confirmed “Inspect and clean the condenser” was part of the tune up and referred me to someone else and the second person said because they were no longer in contract with the company I initially set up my Tune Up through they would not honor that and they could send someone to do the cleaning for the $70 fee which I declined again. I suggest they update their information as it seems they will not do what they say they will do, makes you wonder what else they said they would do but wasn’t actually done. Everything was okay I guess.

If I could give them 100 stars I would. In the midst of a very negative situation, Aksarben and crew were to the rescue. We had a large section of our sewer pipe collapse leaving us with nastiness, everywhere. It took a while to figure out what was really going on and walking beside them through this process, I can see why. What a challenging job they have. "I just love when I have to call the plumber" - said no one ever. I will tell you though - I honestly enjoyed talking to Marion Hardisty. He has worked there for many years with Damien, Eric, and their entire crew. These guys are TOP NOTCH DREAM TEAM MATERIAL. Yes, they are more expensive than a lot of other places (so I hear) but after working with them I am so glad we opted for quality. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being you.
