Technicians came out 4 times over 2 weeks to repair my A/C unit and couldn't get it working. I bought a bunch of parts but the unit still didn't work. I hired a different A/C company and they fixed my unit right away. We cancelled all future services with this company
We have been using Standard for our routine maintenance and repair service for 5 years now and they continue to impress with their high level of service, response time, and overall professionalism. We had our furnace stop working this weekend, we called and a tech came to have it working again in <2 hours. Their service techs are also very respectful and explain what they did to our units in very simple terms. Highly recommend!
Standard heating and air puts the standard back in the game of hvac. Compared to Burton, these people are the steak and potatoes. James Welty was the one to present me with the bid. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and in control of the entire process from start to project completion. I will use these guys again and again because of how they treated me
The technician came out and fixed my unit. He was super helpful and was able to get it going without having to replace any parts. It was 50° inside when I called. It was nice to have my heat running again. Thank you Standard Heating and Air for having such wonderful employees.
Our restaurant has an annual service agreement with Standard Heating and Air and we couldn't be more happy with them. Guyle McLean is our Account Manager and has gone over the top to help us when we are in a bind. On 3/18/2022 we had a Rehearsal Dinner in one of our banquet rooms and realized that there was no heat. We texted Guyle at 1:40pm and a tech (Dan Belford) was here by 3:30pm and fixed the problem. He was efficient and very professional. The party had a great evening celebration.

As I have shared on Facebook site for Standard, our experience with Standard heating and air has been "five star" excellent. We appreciated the way they stuck with us to keep our old unit running-- and it did-- for 34 years! Not bad. When we repurchased, Standard was of course our vendor of choice and the installation went very smoothly - for both furnace and AC. We also appreciate that the service desk always works with us to try and keep a consistent technician for our service agreement visits. Having someone like Joe, who is our current assignment, makes doing the maintenance tasks much easier-- for the tech and for us. Congrats to Standard for having and sticking a business model with deep commitments to customer satisfaction and integrity.
