Ryan was on time & very friendly. He called and sent a text when you was on the way to introduce himself and let me know when he would be arriving. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. The people at Fred's are top notch and always set great expectations. They do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it. Ryan respected my home and took precautions with his footwear. Great job Fred's!

Fred’s has always had top notch customer service reps and field techs!! Our service tech Ryan was super professional, efficient and went above and beyond what we expected!! It was gonna be a week between high demand and parts and they figured out a way to have it all done within 48 hrs!! I highly recommend the team at Fred’s and that’s why we have been doing business with them for 8 years and will continue.

Fred’s Heating and Air were quick to send out a service technician. He quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested options for repair. In about an hour, he had our air conditioner working again. I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing HVAC service. The service technician was polite, accommodating and knowledgeable. We had a very pleasant experience.

We got a new HVAC system from them last year. They did a great job during the whole process of sales to installation. We just had our yearly tune up and the tech was professional, timely, and informative. We will be recommending them to anyone who is need of HVAC services.

I'd like to hat-tip Chris for taking the time to walk me through the proper way to shutdown my system prior to cleaning the outside condenser, Saturday, June 10, 2023. He explained that if you don't do it in the correct sequence, it can throw an error code and not operate normally, which is exactly what happened. He was patient, courteous and knowledgeable. He asked me simple questions over the phone lead me to the problem, saving me potentially hundreds of dollars. Well done, Chris!

An honest professional serviceman. Such a rare and refreshing approach to customer relations. My interests were more important to the technician than making a large profit. The AC could easily have had double the repair costs. Integrity like this will keep me coming back to Fred's Heating and Air.

We have used Fred's for year on two different locations in the Omaha Area. They have always been Very responsive, honest and reliable. This past week we called again for some help with a Thermostat installation. I did install my thermostat by myself and there was one thing that was off and after hours of research I was unable to correct. I called Fred's and they were booked out for 10 days but said a tech would call. 30 minutes later Matt called and asked for a couple of pictures be text to him and he did some research and directed me to a successful resolve.
It was a simple fix that just wasn't covered in the instructions or my internet searches. Because of this type of service I highly recommend Fred's as this was great.....but wait it get better. received a call from a field tech asking if the fix was working and if I needed anything else. Who does this anymore?..............Fred's Heating and Air!!
