Renaud Brothers Heating & Cooling

Our heater went out last night after the snow and probably the coldest night of the year. We called TJ this morning and he was at our house within 30 minutes. He had our furnace diagnosed and fixed within another 30 minutes! VERY quick response and repair, plus TJ was super nice and shared some preventative maintenance tips with me so the issue doesn't happen again. Great overall experience and I highly recommend them. Definitely will do business with Renaud Brothers in the future if the need comes up again. 10/10 great work and customer service

If you are searching for a great HVAC company, I would highly recommend Renaud Brothers Heating and Cooling! We called our home warranty company for AC service who then advised us Renaud would follow up with us. Within just a couple hours, Renaud quickly got in touch to inquire on our issue. They were booked for the day and had planned to schedule us next day however after we shared our AC stopped working two days ago they immediately added us into their schedule for same day service. We truly appreciate their willingness to carve out time to send a service technician out the same day. Our service guy arrived in a few hours and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Renaud quickly identified the reason our AC stopped working and fixed our AC issue in one trip! We are very pleased with the level of service he provided to us. This company definitely cares about their customers needs and exceeded our expectations by going the extra mile to make sure appropriate next steps were taken to avoid similar AC issues in the future. We will definitely use them again for services!!!

(April) Just had the Renaud guys come and install our new HVAC! We cannot speak more highly of this company. They have been so professional and straight with us. Customers for life! Don’t bother shopping around.

(February) We have a really old system but it’s under warranty. TJ came out and spent hours fixing all the parts! We will definitely be having him put in the new system! He was amazing!

Our AC went out and they got to my house and fixed the issue within 4 hours of contacting them. Super easy to work with, and very reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again!!

I put in a request with my home warranty company for someone to look at our AC because it wasn’t cooling. Within 30 minutes, TJ called me to schedule an appointment and he was at our home an hour after that. Great service and very professional. Our ac went out on a very hot day and TJ came out 30 minutes after calling. He fixed the problem while I was at work and sent the invoice via e-mail. Super convenient for this working momma! He even came back out and cleaned the unit for no charge! All is working perfectly now and I can’t thank him enough! Highly recommend for all your heating and cooling needs
