He presented options and pricing for each then and there. He fit the job in his schedule and worked with me on getting the service done at a time that worked. Amazing service! My A/C went out during 100° weather. Renaud Brothers answered immediately and were at my house within hours. A new unit was installed first thing in the morning the next day. Everyone else I called couldn't even send out a tech within 48 hours. Highly recommend and they will be my first call in the future!

The Renaud Brothers Heating and Cooling were able to come out to the house and give a quote on a whole new system because of a lightning strike that caused us to have no AC on our 2nd floor. Their quote was less than half of another company and they were able to come out the next day and install the exact same system we had. They were professional and TJ was amazing to work with. He came out after the install to inspect the work and make sure we were pleased. I will only be using Renaud Brothers for all HVAC work moving forward. Thank you so much, my family appreciates it.

I was in the process of selling my home and it also happened to be a VERY hot week (showing a home with the AC not working is NOT ideal). I called around looking for anyone that might be able to service our AC FAST! TJ not only called me right back, he even did some trouble shooting with me over the phone first. He was able to get to my house within 20 minutes and fixed the problem right away (parts were already on the truck). Called Renaud Brothers and explained to TJ that my 84 yr old mothers AC was not working and that the company who installed her new system 2 years ago was not going to be able to come out to fix it under her warranty until the following Wednesday and this was Friday afternoon. TJ was at her house within 30 min and had it working in no time. We greatly appreciated this since her house was already up to 85. I know who I will call when I need something at my house.

Hat's off to Renaud Bro's H/AC. After our AC finally died after 17 yrs, unexpectedly, got assessment and bids on why it died. After getting a bid from a competitor and an outrageous price, I was referred to TJ at Renaud by our community members. TJ came out, assessed the job and provided me a great bid, well within budget and great equipment. The 2 man crew of Rick and Dustin did a great job, they were so quiet with the install, didn't even know they were there. Took about 4 hours for new AC unit, furnace and duct work. Now we are cool again, and I've made a new friend and service for our AC. Thanks to the team at Renaud Bro's.

We (foolishly) decided to change our thermostat on a 90+ degree day. Something messed up and the A/C would not come on. We called another company to troubleshoot the problem and got no help, they could come out in 5 days and check it. My husband called around and is still waiting for call backs. A friend recommended Renaud Brothers. I called them and immediately got an answer. TJ said he could come out the next day and then goes ya know what, I can probably help now. Within 5 minutes he had identified the issue and talked my husband through how to fix it. When we have A/C issues, these are the guys I'm calling. 5 stars, 100% recommend, and I'll be a life long customer.

Needed a new AC for the second floor of our home. TJ was very responsive with initial appointment. He worked around my schedule and installed a AC unit and new coil within a couple of hours. This company is a PRIME example of how customer service should be executed. Technician was out the very next day after we called in that our heat was out. He diagnosed what our issue was. He gave us two options to help fix it. One was a quicker cheaper fix. The other was a more solution based way. Once we decided which way we were going to go he looked up the parts needed, drove to go get them, and returned the same day to install! Our problem was fixed and the house was nice and warm within minutes. I can’t thank TJ enough. Very personable, great value, and honest. Thank you!
