My 80-year-old mother's a/c unit was not working, It was 85 degrees in her house. I called TJ and he was there within 30 minutes. Not only was he prompt and courteous but he had it fixed within 15 min. Thank you TJ. I will definitely recommend Renaud Brothers Heating and Cooling.

Our AC unit went down on Saturday night, called Sunday morning at 8:30 and TJ answered my phone call. He was here at 11:30 and had us up and running by 12. Professional, timely and fast. Cannot recommend enough!

TJ was super friendly and made it out the same morning that I contacted my home warranty with an A/C issue. He was able to resolve the problem (capacitor problem) within a matter of minutes and start getting the house cooled down from its balmy 85 degrees. I would definitely recommend working with them.

TJ heard my A/C starting to tick while working on our neighbors house. He came over and we checked, he was right, it was freezing up. He was booked through 9 PM that night but was here first thing the following morning. Nice guy, great service, 100% recommend.

Renaud Heating and Cooling is awesome! I was able to get an appointment to get my ducts cleaned right away and he did a phenomenal job! He made sure to clean up before he left as well. TJ was very professional and responded in a timely manner. We had guests from out of town and TJ came over the day our service went out. Scheduled a replacement and completely resolved all our problems. Highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Renaud Brothers Heating and Cooling -- we had an excellent experience! He was extremely kind and patient while we were dealing with a frustrating situation with our warranty company. Very easy to get a hold of, honest and transparent when explaining what needed to be done, and very quick to complete the job. We found out Friday that he had a cancellation and could fit us in sooner than originally planned, and we had a new furnace and AC by midday Monday. Definitely recommend!

Our AC stopped cooling overnight. I filed a claim with our home warranty at 7 AM and just a few minutes later, I received a call from Renaud Brothers asking about the problem and letting me know they would be out about 9:30 AM. He arrived on time and got right to work. He had the part we needed on his truck and the AC was cooling and he was on his way just a short time later! Super fast and very professional. I appreciate that they were able to get the problem resolved quickly on what was shaping up to be a very hot day!
