I called TJ after hours after an ice storm came through the area because our heat was not working. He came out to assess the issues with our heat within 30 minutes. He needed to order a part the following morning and returned ahead of schedule to fix our issue. I don’t usually fill out reviews but felt it was needed due to his exceptional service. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and high quality service.

Renaud Brothers came out on a service request through my home warranty company. TJ contacted me immediately and arrived at my house less than 30 minutes later. He diagnosed the problem, returned to the shop for a part, and came back out to complete the repair. Total time from start to finish was less than 2 hours. Excellent customer service!! Great service. Would not go anywhere else. A/C quit working on Monday night. TJ came out the next day with a patch until I could get a new one installed. He was out the next day with furnace and A/C installed. His crew was helpful,polite and friendly. Never go anywhere else for your HVAC needs.

Renaud Brothers did an amazing job installing our system. Our a/c went out, and I called them late at night- TJ was at my house the following morning. After determining the issues, install was within days. Their price was competitive, yet the quality was not compromised. TJ was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. He did not try to upsell additional replacements. Integrity and honesty are definitely in the forefront of this business. TJ was amazing. Not only was he reponsive to phone calls and texts, he arrived at our house exactly when he said he was. He quickly discovered the problem with our unit and made the recommendations to get us up and running. Would highly recommend them!

From the time I engaged with Renaud to the completion of the installation. I was very impressed with the honesty, integrity, and personal attention I received. I was quoted price, availability, and installation date, all within one day. There were no surprises, or hidden cost. The installation went exactly as described. The technicians were kind, respectful, and very professional. Everything was installed, tested, and all old equipment removed. Our AC stopped blowing cold air one evening. This had occurred just over 30 days previously when we had to endure temperatures in the upper 90's. It took over a week for the repair to be made by another company sent by our home warranty company. I contacted our home warranty company the next morning knowing that no repair company I knew of would come out that night. Luckily we had a cool upper 70's night but the forecast was back up into the upper 90's the next morning. I contacted my home warranty service and they immediately contacted Renaud Brothers when I requested another HV company. I received a call from this company within 30 minutes. I was told they would get someone to my home within 2 hours. TJ knocked on our door 30 minutes later. He checked to see if the blower was working and then went outside to check out the unit. Ten minutes later he knocked on the door again and said everything was fixed. He replaced the condenser and had it up and running in the shortest time I have ever had anyone work on anything. Thank you so much for the outstanding service. Being new to the area I know Renaud Brothers will be handling all of my HV issues now.
