Renaud Bros had a very competitive quote last May when we need AC replacement. In fact, the quote was so competitive, we decided to replace the furnace at the same time. TJ performed the install quickly, professionally, and with minimal mess. Until 2 days ago, everything worked wonderfully.

The air began blowing warm yesterday about mid day.
I called TJ last night and he said he be over today between 1-3. He showed up at 1:09 and had his daughter with him. She was there to be his assistant. (Fact is, he came to our house to fix our AC in the midst of a daddy/daughter day. Pretty cool.). TJ replaced the part and gave me some maintenance pointers for future. The repair was warranty.

The service, availability, and willingness to be thorough have been second to none, in my experience. There was no attempt to price gauge, when they were in perfect position to do so (100+ Heat indices the past few days). I highly recommended doing business with Renaud Bros.

I had a great experience with Renaud Brothers! Our system was struggling to keep the house cool late last Friday. I thought it was going to be difficult to get service late in the day right before the weekend. However, TJ was at our house in 30 minutes and the AC was blowing cold shortly thereafter. Furthermore, he gave us a quote for a replacement system and his price was a fraction of the cost of several of the bigger companies around town. AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!!! My AC stopped working, our house was over 80° inside and rising. I made a service request to my home warranty company thinking it would be at least a day before any one came, but no, literally one minute later TJ, the owner of Renaud Brothers Heating & Cooling, called me to say he would be heading over and have it fixed within one hour. It took TJ only a few minutes to figure out I needed a new fan motor and they had one in stock. He went back to his shop, returned with the motor about 20 minutes later, replaced the old one and was done. We have nice cool air again. TJ was very polite, efficient, knew exactly what he was talking about, and had my air conditioner running cool air only one hour after his phone call!!! I will definitely call them again if I need any heating or cooling problems.

I can’t say enough words about this business!! JT was prompt, efficient, and reasonable priced! TJ even cleaned out our aluminum air filters because there was a lack of flow! He tells you exactly what he did and shows you his work because he is PROUD of his work! We need more “TJ attitudes” for the customer service industry!!! Flawless flawless work!

Renaud Heating and Cooling was sent as a second opinion contractor from my home warranty company American Home Shield, I truly wish he was the first contractor called. TJ answered the phone, I told him the issue I was having, he asked for a few pictures. He was here less than an hour later with supplies in hand and had my furnace repaired in 30 minutes. He even asked for a broom to clean up the mess that came out of my furnace, that says a lot about his company and the care he puts into ensuring his customers are happy with the work. Thank you TJ!

I scheduled a service appointment through my home warranty and was told I would hear back within 24 hours from the technician assigned. I heard back within literally 5 minutes. I was shocked. Tj Renaud showed yo with it 20 mins to assist with my heater issue. Extremely professional and educational. Although there was no big problem found, TJ was able to educated me on the issue and provided exceptional customer service. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Very very trustworthy. Thank you TJ!

I would give 10 stars if that were an option. TJ was completely booked the day I needed my AC fixed and he still managed to come get the job done. I highly recommend the Renaud Brothers for any of your heating and cooling needs.
