My home warranty company assigned Renaud Brothers Heating and Cooling. They called to schedule an appointment within 24 hours. It turned out that my furnace as well as some duct work needed replaced. I had contractors scheduled for some remodeling projects who were unable to do their work until the furnace could be replaced. Even though Renaud Brothers had a very full schedule, they went above and beyond to install my new furnace and duct work only three days after the technician came out to assess the problem making it possible for my other contractors to stay on schedule.
