Indoor Comfort Team

Quick Response and Professional. We have used Indoor Comfort Team for many years. We even used them to replace our furnace and air conditioner six years ago. They come out twice a year to check our system and provide service as needed. They are always on time clean and efficient in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is needing work done on their heat and air systems or looking for a new system.

Indoor Comfort provided top notch install services. This is why I struggled to rate only 3 stars. The low rating is a result of customer referral rebate not given even though it was promised on three different occasions. Be aware of this if it is important for a company to honor there advertisement as a reason for choosing.

Our experience with Indoor Comfort Team was wonderful...will definitely have them back...they were on time for the appt., were very professional and personable, worked hard, did an outstanding job, took before and after pictures of all the ducts as they cleaned them, visited with me about everything they were doing. They took extreme care around our furniture and walls, left no trace that they were even there...except beautifully clean air ducts! Money very well spent--thank you!

Yesterday, my 16 year old furnace went out. I called a company that came out to tell me that I needed to replace it, the motor is bad. Then they quoted me on a whole new system. Wanting another quote, since this is a big investment, I called Indoor Comfort Team. Sean came out within an hour of our call and fixed our furnace for a minimal fee! He didn't try to tell me I needed to replace it. What an honest company. I then called Adam, the owner, for a quote since my furnace is 16 years old..... His quote was SO much less for the exact same equipment. I'm talking about 25% less! So THANK YOU for your honesty and not taking advantage of a broken furnace and desperate homeowners on a really cold winter day. You will be our heating and cooling company for life.

I highly recommend Indoor Comfort Team. My hvac was old and outdated I was presented with several options for units for my home. The installers were pros and took time to explain everything. All around great "Team" for all your HVAC needs! Check these guys out!

I always call Murph the service manager and he help me always to send the wright technician , with the nice discount price for the job will be doing , H sent to me Shawn and installed the Ecobee smart thermostat after one month tried to do by myself and could not do it , I really appropriated indoor comfort Team services and help . Ron from Indoor Comfort Team came to service the heating system today. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and informative. ROn was very conscious of keeping his shoes covered and clean while walking throughout the house. Ron thoroughly documented his work upon completion and he made sure to address any questions or concerns. These are the reasons why our family uses Indoor Comfort Team in our home!
