I called Indoor Comfort Team because my gas furnace wouldn’t fire up. They sent out John and I was glad they did. He was professional, honest, polite, and took the time to check everything including the computer board. He was able to determine that part of the board wasn’t functioning properly. He called back to the office to double check his findings. He worked hard the entire time he was here and was able to get another computer board installed the same day. I will definitely call Indoor Comfort Team again and ask for John. Thank you!

I contacted this company to get an idea of home much a new HVAC system was going to be. They were the best reviewed company in the area. They were also had an A+ rated by the BBB . My intent was to get a few quotes and have the system installed. This was April 28th. The owner Adam was very prompt, professional and not pushy. He showed me what we needed for are home and did not over sell us. He said to think about it and call him when I was ready. I never called another company and on May 4th we had a new high quality Trane system. Everyone in this company was professional, knowledgeable and nice! Best experience of this type we have ever had!

I am a very particular person and always take the time and effort to get the best product for the best price and look at reviews and history of the company that will do the job . I can can say I am very happy with the job that Indoor Comfort has done replacing my HVAC system with a more efficient Trane product. Cal was our sales person and was very professional and answered all our questions and concerns throughout the whole process. I had gotten 3 bids all from well known contractors and InDoor Comfort was the best price and best product for us. The installers showed up on time were very clean putting down and covering floors with tarps and careful not to clause damage to our house. They were professional and explained how the product worked and how to setup or change the settings if desired. Great company we used and will be in the future when needed. Very happy give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

I called this morning for a problem I needed fixed asap. Sean called from the office to tell me a time frame of when someone would be there, and William showed up right at the front end of the time frame. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and fixed the problem within an hour. Priced right and a great experience. Great company!

Indoor Comfort Team came and gave us 3 options and explained the difference in them , within 2 weeks 4 man crew came and installed everything we purchased they were very professional , fast and knowledgeable they installed new AC, Furnace , Scrubber, humidifier, and thermostat, kept my carpet clean with throw rugs cleaned up after them self .
