I had a few different companies come out and try to fix my hvac system. I good friend of mine referred me here after I was fed up with other responses and Will came out and was able to fix my wiring issue and power up my AC instead of having to replace the whole unit or motherboard. 5 star service all the way!

I changed heating and cooling system with them 15 years ago and still have these units, the team is passionate about their work and they are always number one team on my list for any job about heating and cooling in my home.

Wonderful experience with this team from beginning to end. They came out on short notice when my ac went out on the last hot spell of the year. My tech was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, protected my health by wearing a proper mask (with zero argument or push back), and never once tried to push me toward more than I needed. In fact he was as concerned with me spending appropriately as I was. It sucks that I had to have a repair, but it’s great that I now have my own climate control professionals to take care of me. Strongly recommended.

Getting the quote was easy and he gave us two cost effective options with a lot of value. We got two quotes from other companies and thought this one was the best. We were going to get the RunTru HVAC equipment which is Trane's entry level budget option. We got a call from Indoor Comfort Team and they told us due to low availability of RunTru they upgraded us to Trane for no extra cost. We we're very pleased with the quality of the installation. The technicians were super polite and even our dog liked them. I was run through everything they did following the install. They were super informative and accommodating. I would reccomend Indoor Comfort Team to anyone who is looking to HVAC related services. Couldn't be happier.
