Absolutely nothing bad to say about this company. Indoor Comfort Team was professional and very informative from the beginning with our estimate. We replaced our 28 year old Trane system with the variable speed Trane a/c and gas furnace.
Adam came to our home to give an estimate and he was very patient, informative and willing to quote everything Trane had to offer in their catalog. He answered every question without hesitation. We received several quotes with comparable equipment and Indoor Comfort Team had the best pricing and experience we were looking for. Other HVAC companies that carry multiple makes and manufacturers are trying to be everything to everyone, which is impossible! Indoor Comfort Team only sells Trane and they specialize in installing Trane products even though they repair many types of HVAC systems.
Murphy called to arrange a install date and time within one day of placing our order, letting us know all the equipment was in stock. We received another call the day before to verify the date and time. It sure is nice to talk to humans instead of receiving a text or email!!
John, a journeyman HVAC technician, and his two man team arrived exactly on time. All three were very concerned about protecting the area’s of our home where they would be walking and working! All three were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful, we couldn’t have been any happier with them!!
After the install, John went over everything they done in detail. He was very patient and answered every question and concern!!

I have used Indoor Comfort team for awhile now and have always had great service. Russ was incredibly knowledgeable and very respectful. I would recommend them to everyone.

I absolutely love this company! They were able to come out the same day and figure out what was wrong with my heating issue. The company before them, Vitt, tried to scam us out of $2k. I am so glad my sister's boyfriend recommended Indoor Comfort Team because he took a fraction of the time to fix it and it cost me $20 to have my dad replace the breaker that blew. The other company tried to tell me it was heating coils that cost a $1000 or more to replace and not even including the labor that wouldn't even had solved my problem.

I can't say enough great things about Indoor Comfort Team! The fact that they figured out what was wrong and didn't try to take advantage of two women to make extra money is top notch in my book! Any time I have HVAC issues I know exactly who I am going to call! I trust them! Fair prices and doesn't make you spend money on stuff you don't need!
