I had a great experience with Indoor Comfort Team. We needed to upgrade our heating system. The service technician that came out was Mike and he was wonderful! He took the time to answer all of our questions. We had received quotes from other local companies and all were much more $. The installation was quick and the installers were very courteous.

I would definitely recommend this company they are professional and honest. I had another company tell me I needed new ducts and another air return installed and it would be a two or three day job at a lot of money. So wanting a different opinion I called the indoor comfort team and had a consultation, at the end I was at ease to find out I didn’t need any of that! So with in a week they were at my door early in the morning and were done in no time with a complete furnace and a.c. install, not bad for a two man team. They were professional and answered all of my questions and made sure I was happy before they left.

Company did not call me about the approval of upcoming and expected service and part charges before installation of our electric furnace during a very cold days and nights. Furnace was not working property in a very cold weather and the house was very cold. Technician arrived at the property and gave me an iPad to sign charges without explaining the amount of the part installation. The amount of the service was three and a half time more than expected, high amount. I felt I was pushed into almost forced to sign and pay for this high amount if I want my house to be warm. Techinitan called the company owner that the consumer was not notified about the expected charges. Owner of the company was careless about costumer service and understanding that the client have a right to be made aware of the amount that will be charged and need to be OK with the charges approval. He said Im making him lose money and he did not let the technician install the part of my furnace due to me complaining about not disclosing the expensive price upfront. The company left a consumer in a cold weather without a working furnace. Careless dishonest practices.

In short, they showed up on time for the initial estimate and provided a detailed estimate in a timely matter (the same can't be said of the other 2 companies I called). The owner Adam was my contact from the estimate through the end of the project. We had a very old gravity heater replaced with a new forced air unit. They were very patient and helpful with all of my questions. They had a very competitive price and completed the job on time. The new heater looks and runs great and we were very happy with the project

Just had Indoor Comfort Team over to my apartment. What great service. The technician Ron was super nice, totally professional, and very, very quick. He diagnosed the problem, replaced three old breakers, and replaced a shorted-out light switch -- all within a half hour. We'll definitely use this company again the next time we have any electrical issues. Great job.

I choose Indoor Comfort Team to replace an outdated and broken furnace and AC unit. Cal came out to take some measurements and provide a quote. After about 6 weeks, I contacted Cal for an updated quote. He provided an updated quote with great savings compared to the first quote. Probably had something to due with Covid. I choose one of the options and scheduled the install that next week. They did a great job with the install and the installers were courteous and respectful.

The thermostat started to have issues after about a month. I called to get it checked out and they replaced it with another thermostat. The second thermostat had issues when setting up the wifi control. I called again to have the second one checked out. William came to check the second thermostat. He did a great job, very knowledgeable, respectful and was great to know he knew the details of the system. If you have any issues with thermostats, ask for William! I highly recommend him!!!!!

So happy to have found my new go to heating/cooling specialist!! Ed came out to clean my furnace, quickly done & assured me there was no “mold” which a previous company had come out while repairing told me they found & wanted over $500 to clean out the “mold”. I respect & appreciate honesty in a company. I will be using Indoor Comfort Team from now on 👍🏼
