Indoor Comfort Team installed a new Air Conditioning unit for us. Everyone we talked with especially Brad were really helpful. They showed us different models of ACs to choose from and guided us to the best for our house. The financing was reasonable and we got a nice discount also. The new unit is a great improvement, quieter and more energy efficient. Also had a nice long warranty. They were able to install it in a few days so we didn't have to wait long. The installers came on time, were very friendly, explained things to us and professionally went about the job. We are very happy with our new unit and I highly recommend this company. Larry I.

I reached out to Indoor Comfort Team in the dead of winter. Russ came out and looked at my system and let me know that due to its age and the lack of availability of parts that my system was past its useful life. Russ was able to get my system working with a band-aid and had their sales department reach out to me about a replacement. Sales provided me with a good / better / best option and were very helpful in helping me understand the differences and the benefits of each option.

We ended up replacing our unit and the team that did the work were great. They cleaned up after they were done and everything looked just like it did before they started (except for the new unit).

The installation team was great! They installed a new Trane AC unit, high efficiency furnace and thermostat in my home. They were organized, courteous and very informative.

Brad did an excellent job explaining the systems available, and which would be best for me. I was going to have another company install a different system for $4000 more. The system the other company was recommending wasn’t nearly as high-quality. Brad and the air comfort team saved me a bundle! Their service, and install was great!
