My husband and I were absolutely amazed. These guys were so professional and on time that I couldn't believe it. They were so friendly throughout the whole process of picking the right furnace for our home, to scheduling installation, to the installation itself, and the clean up at the end was extraordinary. This is definitely the company we would recommend to all our friends and family, and we will be using them in the future for all our heating and cooling needs.

Check their deals out! My AC went out on a hot summer day. You know how anying that was! Very!! also had 5 dogs at my house and two of them are huskies! Called around and indoor comfort team gave me the best deal and they also did a very clean job of installing a whole new system. Also the techs knew the system very well so they informed on many parts of it.

I'm just an regular guy but was treated like VIP! What impressed me the most was how they handled portions of the project were I wasn't completely satisfied. They weren't really at fault but they continually communicated with me (the owner Adam even called) and worked with me until I reached total satisfaction. Every member of the indoor comfort team was polite and professional. The installation team was timely, knowledgeable, and displayed high level of integrity and excellence in their work. If I had to start an HVAC company I would look for guys just like Russ. They should be very very proud! I will call back if I have any further heating and cooling needs.

I am a new first-time homeowner and needed to have the furnace inspected for the winter. After comparing multiple local HVAC service providers, I hired Indoor Comfort Team because of their reputation for quality service and unbeatable price. I signed a 1-year service agreement with them because of the unmatched level of customer service was given.

Lucas was the first person I spoke to at ICT and hired ICT in large part based on the customer service he gave me. Lucas answered every question I had and provided additional information that I had not thought about. Lucas was professional and I did not feel rushed even though I called minutes before closing. Lucas said he would send me an email by noon the next day with the additional information I requested. I had the email and information early the next morning and I hired ICT that day.

I received a call from my technician Russ about 30 mins before he arrived. When he arrived, he was respectful of my COVID pandemic related requests. I work in healthcare, so this was very important to me. Russ answered my questions before getting started. Russ even stood at my furnace with me and walked me through different parts related to my questions. Russ reviewed his inspection report after he finished.

I received 3 separate follow-ups.
1. Text message received immediately after my appointment.
2. Email requesting feedback received a day or two after my appointment.
3. Call/Voicemail and email from Lucas received about a month later making sure my furnace was performing as I expected now that colder weather had set in

I had them install a furnace, condenser, coil, condensing lines and a cage. It took a little over a day and it was a done! John and Josh were the two guys they had come out and they were extremely professional and answered all of my questions. It was a great experience. Carrie contacted me several times throughout the process and she was a big help, ensuring the process went seamlessly. I will use them in the future and you should too.

I just had a new Trane XL16c Earthwise packaged unit installed by Indoor Comfort Team. I saved significant money by buying from them, vs a closer and equally capable Trane dealer. The installation took about 6 hours. The team of 4 pros were obviously highly trained and experienced. John, the site supervisor, was not only a good manager and team lead, but is a master at bending sheet metal. They fixed a previous design flaw which caused my filter to not fit correctly, and added new sheet metal to make it perfect. The shroud John created to shed water off of the ductwork is practically a piece of artwork. Even though it's only been 3 days since the install, I can already tell that my home is going to be more comfortable than before. The system hasn't even had to touch the stage 2 heating yet (I can tell because of the awesome Nexus app that shows this information). So, in summary, if you're looking for a great Trane dealer in the St. Louis metro area, I highly recommend this company. I'll be recommending them to all of my friends and neighbors. Thanks!

I've used Indoor Comfort Team several times as my HVAC system is over 10 years old. Adam is great, and is honest about what needs to be done. He has helped us get the most life out of our system, and I trust that he will tell us when repairs are no longer cost effective. They return calls quickly and always come the same day I call. I would defintley call them again, and would recommend to a friend.
