Mertens Service took great care of us! Our AC upstairs went out on a Friday night. Matt was at our house on Saturday morning taking measurements and had a proposal with four different options to us by Sunday morning. We accepted and they ordered the selected equipment and were there installing it on Thursday. They took care to keep our finished basement clean and left it looking like they were never there. We couldn’t be happier and definitely recommend them to anyone who needs anything HVAC related!

We’ve used MERTENS for as long as we’ve been in this house (20+ Years) for installation, maintenance and today, repair. When I noticed the AC wasn’t cooling they came out within an hour. Tim had the problem diagnosed and fixed in an hour. This is the caliber of service we’ve come to expect from MERTENS and why MERTENS is our go-to HVAC firm.

They fixed the problem and the service was good but it was pretty expensive. Over $300 for a simple fix.
