Indoor Comfort Team

Our hvac system (Trane brand) has been maintained by the Indoor Comfort Team twice a year (spring and fall) for many years. Their prices and services are unbeatable. There has only been one time that we've had an emergency situation due to a thunder storm, and a technician was out the next day. They offered to come right away, but due to the mild weather that was unnecessary. I believe we've only had one emergency situation because of the twice-a-year maintenance. The technicians are able to diagnose things before they become issues. The staff is amiable and professional. I've had nothing but great experiences with this company.

These guys are the best. We had an emergency situation with our double apartment home, and they answered the call in no time. From arriving in a timely fashion to completing the installation for both furnaces , their performance and precision was some of the best I’ve seen. I would recommend these guys to all my friends and family. If you need service for your heating and cooling, you’ve found it.

Indoor comfort team has been awesome. Luke especially, as he handles all of the service calls for our multiple rental. He is always responsive and a great communicator. He explains the issues and gives options. Luke's follow through is wonderful. Wish he had worked in my business.

If I could give this business 6 stars I would! My 1st encounter with Indoor Comfort Team was in 2015 after getting a couple quotes from other HVAC companies for a brand new HVAC system. Adam came to do the quote and gave me a very fair deal. The job was completed with zero problems in a very timely manner and at the price that was in my budget. My 2nd time doing business with them was in a different house with the same issue. Once again Adam came to the rescue with another fair deal with the same professional business manner. I cannot recommend Indoor Comfort Team enough! With so many companies out there to put your Trust into, they have definitely won me over!

Recently our 13 year-old system decided to call it quits (buster coil). Facing the prospect of having to spend $1500 on repairs, my wife and I decided it was time for a new system. Indoor Comfort Team was recommended to me and I could be happier with their service. The salesperson (more like a consultant), Cal, was fantastic. He took the time to listen to our concerns, ask pertinent questions regarding our heating and cooling situation, and provided a detailed quote covering 5 different systems. Furthermore, he was available after the sales call to answer all of my questions and worked with me to determine the best system for our needs. I definitely do my research on things and always get multiple quotes on every job. While not the cheapest option (but close!), I believe that the value of the system for the amount spent was definitely the best. You do get what you pay for. Would recommend ICT and Cal whole-heartedly. Five star service!

I was very pleased with the yearly inspection of my furnace. The inspector, Russ, called before arriving, arrived on time, was knowledgeable, very through, and efficient.

I received multiple quotes for a 3 zone ductless mini split system and the Indoor Comfort Team provided the most energy efficient product/price combination. Install was smooth and completed in the exact amount of time as quoted. Install team was extremely professional and took pride in their work. I would definitely use them again for future HVAC needs.

We were very pleased with the products and prompt service that Indoor Comfort Team delivered. It is difficult to find reliable companies that will give the quality of service that we expect. The gas furnace we ordered was installed promptly and efficiently. You even did some duct work with out charging an arm and a leg. Thank you! Be assured that we will be using you for our yearly maintenance from now on. It is nice to know someone we can rely on.

I would like to take this time to give a thumbs up to Indoor Comfort. I recently wrote a review in which I scored Indoor with a 3 only because of a unresolved customer referral. Adam over at Indoor Comfort took the time out to personally call me to discuss and resolve the issue. It in fact was the result of lost mail. If Indoor took the time to listen, discuss and resolve a matter of much lower cost then I believe that this is a company that will stand behind there work and will work to resolve any issues that may arise. I will be scheduling PM for my unit.
