They were awesome! They came out and had my air running in no time. With the heat we've been having it was wonderful service. They explained that I'll have to replace it eventually, but weren't pushy at all about replacing it immediately. We don't have the money to do a whole new unit right now, so they repaired it and we're on their way. They even threw in a cleaning of both our units at no extra cost.

12/30\2022 Its Russ to the rescue again. Our humidifier had stopped working causing family members to have nose bleeds. One call to Sean and Murph and I had Russ at my door within 2 days. Russ not only diagnosed the solenoid as the issue, he suggested a water filter to keep sediment from clogging it and having to replace it again in the future. He then gave me an estimate on the spot. I asked if he wouldn't mind switching out the humidifier filter while he was working on the system and he said no problem. After the job was finished, he went over the repairs and proper operation of the humidifier. Our HVAC systems runs properly because of Russ and the Indoor comfort team.

If you are looking for new heating and cooling equipment, shop around all you want but make sure you include the Indoor Comfort Team on your list. They are professional, experienced, well trained, thorough, courteous, punctual, and reasonably priced.

When our furnace went out, we had Adam give us a bid for a new Furnace, Air Conditioner, Air Cleaner, Thermostat and Humidifier. He explained the products available and after asking several questions regarding our needs and analyzing our home, he gave us 3 options for a good, better and best system. Upon making our decision, his team installed everything within a week. We even received a follow up phone call afterwards to ensure we were happy with our purchase.

During the whole process we never felt pressured. If anything, by the time he left we were well informed and could make a intelligent decision on the right system for our home.
