Wonderful every time I use them! Friendly and very professional and trustworthy. The service has gone above and beyond, best HVAC company I’ve ever used.

Tyler was courteous and patient. He took the time to investigate the situation to figure out what the problem was. He was never rushed or frustrated and he was easy to talk to you. I would recommend balance point heating and cooling to anyone.

Over a few years I've called Balance Point for after hours support. They either take way too long (I don't remember how long it took for them to call back, but I already got another company to come out and fix my AC before they returned my call). It's been 8 days since I last called them for after hours support, I'm guessing they aren't going to call me back.

Something is broken with their after hours call support procedures.

We had a new unit put in a couple years ago and were very happy with the quality, price and professionalism of the technicians. Today we had Corey back out for a service call and were once again pleased with his knowledge and giving us pointers for preventative measures in the future.

I'm not the homeowner, but I am the tenant. And I could not be happier with the way the crew did their jobs. They were courteous, friendly, and efficient. When they were done they did a fantastic job of cleaning up. Except for the new HVAC system you would never know that we're here. Professionalism from start to finish.

Justin, Glen and Cindy are WONDERFUL people to work with. My A/C had multiple issues and they stuck it out until my house was cool and comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about the company or the people that work there. I'll never call anyone else as long as Balance Point is in business.

I am very appreciative of all the representatives we worked with. Our furnace was not working properly, hence the 58 degree house. I called in the morning and they were able to work us into the schedule. After diagnosing, the service tech went to Lennox to get the part he didn’t have in stock and was able to come back the same day.

I will never use another HVAC company. I cannot say enough good things about them, from the phone service received when calling to schedule service to the actual service call performed by Eric. Thorough, professional, reasonable price. Explained what they did, didn't do what wasn't necessary. I asked them if the freon needed to be charged, and he said, no, where other companies would have said yes, just to add to the bill. Don't go anywhere else. I won't.
