First Class Heating and Cooling

Duane arrived on time was very professional. First Class Heating and Cooling recently bought out my old company. Their service is even better than the former company, didn't think that was possible. Great service, highly recommend them. They are local to Harrisonville, it is important to support our local businesses.

Service is always great. However, the appointment was scheduled originally for 8:30. They didn't show up until after 9. Someone had to make a point to be here at 8:30 since the office does not open until 9

I had a whole house install of multiple PTAC units on three floors of my 125-year-old historic home in Harrisonville. It was a massive project, and filled with all of the complications you would expect to find in a home this age. The crew worked very hard, did a great job on the install, and have been very responsive about follow-up items. Duane, the owner, answered all of my questions and addressed every concern i had. I have needed to do this for years but had hesitated because of the expense and scope of the project. I truly feel I have gotten my money's worth and more. I have owned a construction company of my own - Obermiller Construction - for 30 years and I know how hard it can be to get really professional service. I highly recommend this company.

My wife and I were in a bind with no A/C and two babies under two. This company sent not just one but two technicians out same day I called when every other company (called 18) told me it was going to be at least a week before it was even an option. One company actually told me “good luck with the babies” and hung up the phone

Our furnace seems to have a mind all of its own and once again, Anthony came to save the day. I appreciate all the work the company has done. Anthony always seems to have a plan if it happens again without doing unnecessary work until we know for sure it will be needed. The only company we will use!
