Staff is available and responsive over the phone and also utilizes text messaging to make appointments and questions even more convenient. Technician was on time, courteous professional and clean. Did a thorough job and explained everything to me. Didn’t try and convince me to pay for anything I didn’t need and was in and out quickly. I will use them in the future!

Very friendly and prompt service. My blower fan was not turning on when I got home from work and I was able to schedule a service call for the very next day. The technician that came out (Eric) was able to troubleshoot and quickly diagnose the problem. Although the system required a new control board, he was able to bypass it and get the blower running again until the new board came in just 3 days later. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the KC area.

I was first recommended Balance Point Heating and Cooling by a fellow Real Estate investor that said they were honest and trustworthy. I needed an AC unit repaired on a rental property, they came out, diagnosed the problem and repaired an interior coil for me. A year later I experienced issues with the AC operating properly and reached back out to Balance Point. The owner, Justin, could tell I was frustrated with the situation, called me directly to discuss the problem and offered same day service. The Technician, Eric, that came out, was not only friendly and Knowledgeable ( 23 years of service ) but truly enjoyed working for Balance Point. Eric had the house cooling in a matter of hours, which was a great relief to me and my residents. When it came time to pay the bill, I was informed by the office staff that the fee was waved. Its rare to find a company that cares about the quality of their work to the point that they stand behind it, even a year later, no questions asked, no hassle, no excuses just quality work. I’m thankful I found Balance Point, they’ve earned a customer for life and I’d recommend them 100 times over.

This was an amazing experience from start to finish. Called and was able to speak with a very friendly receptionist/scheduler and they were able to get someone out the same day! Technician was very courteous, friendly and efficient and was very kind to walk me through all he was doing and what to look for if we has problems in the future.

We have had an A+ experience with Balance Point. Justin and the entire team are so professional. We decided to replace our 20 year old AC/Furnace units before they went out during a bad spell of weather (hot or cold). Justin came out and was so personable. He is very knowledgeable. He explained the different options and answered any questions that we had. The office staff were very polite and friendly. They kept us updated with the schedule. They also helped with filing the rebates. The installation techs were professional and respectful of our house. They ensured that they kept the carpeting covered and cleaned up after the work. Now down to the nitty-gritty. The thermostat temperature is set higher. The house is cooler. And the utility bill is lower. We will whole heartedly recommend the Balance Point team for all your HVAC needs.

I shopped around for several weeks before I stumbled upon Balance Point and I'm so glad I did! Very informative and professional staff and I never once felt pressured to purchase equipment that I either didn't need (one of the other companies) or buy a unit that was oversized for my house (several of the other companies I got a quote from). All-inall, I saved a ton of money and I have been extremely pleased with the experience and results. My house is cool and my wife is happy. 100% recommended!

They might be the best service provider I've ever used - I live in a condo and went through two other service providers before Balance Point was sent out by my home warranty company. In addition to being responsive and timely, they actually knew what they were doing. Previous providers were unable to properly diagnose the problem and were unfamiliar with working on systems in multifamily homes. Eric was knowledgeable about my HVAC system, knew how to manage things with the home warranty company, and did a great job with repairs. All of this is great, but should be standard - where Balance Point went above and beyond was with the home warranty company, which was being exceptionally difficult. Dana at Balance Point helped me argue for coverage that was initially denied, without me even asking her to. I highly recommend using this company for anything HVAC you need!

Balance Point has now been out to my home three times. I have had a/c and furnace maintenance done as well as some repair work done by Balance Point. Before balance point I have used several companies. Eric is the gentleman that has done the maintenance. He is very personable, professional and works hard. I would very highly recommend Balance Point to anyone.
