I build custom houses in South Kansas City and own rental property their too. All of my HVAC work over the past couple years has been won by Justin at Balance Point. They are dependable, honest, and have very competitive pricing.

Woke up this morning, a Saturday, AC not working, AC evaporator coil frozen, called Justin about 7:30 am, tech Corey was here within 3 hours, problem solved in less than 30 minutes. Can't praise this company enough. Having an honest, highly competent, dependable and reasonably priced HVAC company to call when you need them is worth it's weight in gold. And that's what you get with this company.

Eric was absolutely fantastic! He provided great information on what needed done and finished in a timely manner. Eric deserves the technician of the year award! Will absolutely use balance point again!

I overheard my husband, Clarence Lucas, telling 3 friends that Balance Point HVAC is the best company to do a job on air conditioner & furnace. He said they knew what they were doing, DID NOT TRY TO SELL YOU SOMETHING YOU DID NOT NEED! You can get them anywhere in greater K.C. He is aged an engineer who now must go to "outsiders" such as Balance Point HVAC.

They were very prompt. I got a call at 8:30am to set up an appointment for that day. Technician arrived around 11am. Quick fix and everything working.

They installed a/c and furnace four years ago. They have performed spring and fall start ups the whole time. Very professional and courteous. Great business to have in Raymore.
