Balance Point is my go to for any HVAC needs. They are always prompt and courteous. Eric was my technician today He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure I understand exactly what needs done and what he is doing. I would recommend Balance Point Heating and cooling to anyone in the need of repair or new unit installation.

Our washing machine overflowed and water ran into our vents. Balance point came out to ensure our AC and Furnace were not affected by the water. They were responsive professional and thorough.

Amazing! I was blown away by the customer care displayed by this company. They did a great job explaining all of our options and scheduled us in very quickly. They had some great financing options and after they finished installing our new HVAC unit, they even took care of applying for our KCP&L rebates for us! To me, that is going above and beyond to take care of your customers. They also registered our unit with Carrier and sent us all the warranty registration information to save for the future. I would highly recommend Balance Point!

I used Balance Point for replacement of my old leaking HVAC system and was very impressed with the quality of the install. Price was fair, and technicians were prompt and thorough. Referred my mother to them for a repair and she was satisfied with their work as well. Highly recommend this company.

Update.....5 star ... they came back to check on the new system they installed, so i asked them if they could upgrade the flu,,, WOW,,, less than a week later it is done!!! Again, these guys were awesome!!! As a DIY person,
my doing the work myself, couldn't compare to the quality or the great price!!! ............previous review;> These guys were great,,, got right on a temp fix to hold us through the weekend, Tyler, Willie, and John showed up early Monday morning ready to install a new furnace and AC,, took out the 40 year old equipment, installed a new quality system... an amazingly quick working crew had this 130 year old house cooled down by 2 pm... professional, courteous, great teamwork, and a quality job !!! They cleaned up the area,, took out all the excess, double checked everything, and even checked back throughout the evening and the next day... But the best part is, the price !!! They were at or below every estimate we had, and they only use quality equipment and quality installation!!!

Absolutely the best experience I have had with a HVAC company providing service. I contacted after hours and left a message, to which I had a return call within 10 minutes. Nothing urgent required, however put me on the schedule for the next day.

When the service tech, Eric showed up, he diagnosed the issue I was having within minutes and provided a full inspection and recommendation without the pressure of "purchasing" anything.

Resolved the issue, furnace was back up and running, paid the service call fee and will be returning to Balance Point for any follow up work and/or tune ups.

The day I called about my furnace not working someone was at my house within two hours. The technician diagnosed the problem and I received repair or replacement options that night. No hard sell.
The next day they installed a new furnace, and got my humidifier working and replaced hoses( no extra charge). Everyone was so nice and professional. I would definitely recommend.

Both times we've had Balance Point to our home, they've come the day after we've put in the request. Erik always puts on shoe covers and is friendly, hard working, and professional. Our hope is that our home warranty company continues to send them for all our heating needs.
