Bob was very kind and patient while fixing my gmas furnace. She has dementia, so she was asking him the same questions over and over, and he answered each time without hesitation and very kind. Her home recently flooded, so we've had various technicians coming to the house who would basically ignore her and just wanted to get the job done. I really appreciate Bob being here at 7am and treating us both professionally and kindly. I highly recommend B & H! Very affordable prices as well!

Bob fixed our furnace in these sub-zero temps in KC. He was here early in the morning to get the furnace going. This company also installed a new a/c unit many years ago.
I would highly recommend this company for any heat or a/c work in your house.

Really Great small local company. I keep calling them because I know I can trust them, they are experienced and knowledgeable and their prices are fair. Other companies said it would take a couple weeks to come out but these guys can out in a couple days. The price on hvac system came in a about 2 thousand less than the other company we talked to. I highly recommend
