    Have used Balance Point for HVAC needs for many years. Always been impressed their responsiveness, the level of service, and the value.

    We recently decided to replace our entire HVAC system and Jesse at Balance Point did an excellent job walking us through the options and helping us make an informed decision. We chose an upgraded unit and never felt pressured to chose beyond the base units.

    Highly recommend balance point and will continue using their service for years to come!

    Everyone at Balance Point did an awesome job helping us get the Mitsubishi mini-split units installed for our room addition!

    They returned our call promptly and set up an appointment that week with the estimator... the estimate was completed for us quickly by the end of the week, the price was great, and the units were ordered within the week... and install was completed a week following that (only took 1 day for the install)!

    I had been expecting to wait a month or two to get this phase of the project done, so we were blown away that it was completed start to finish in about 2 weeks!

    Great job, Justin, Dana, and all the technicians who helped this project get done so quickly! We really appreciate it!!

    Nothing, but good things to say about Balance Point! I had another HVAC company tell me I needed a new system so I got 3 quotes. Balance Point told me I probably had a couple more years of life in my units and gave me a reasonable quote for Carrier equipment if I wanted to replace.

    I gave it a couple of months, but decided I wanted to go ahead with newer equipment since my old AC unit was costing us a fortune. They had me on the schedule within a week and did the entire full install within a single working day! So far I'm really happy with the system and look forward to dealing with them in the future for ongoing maintenance.

    Everyone I've spoken to seems reasonable and down to earth. They were not pushy at all and answered all of my questions via email promptly.

    I used balance point to cleanup and replace work that another vendor did wrong. Dana and Brooke spent countless hours working with my warranty company trying to get clarifications and necessary requirements determined. Justin was beyond wonderful, while doing the repairs and install. I cannot find anything bad to say about them. I would give 10 stars if possible.

    The Team at Balance Point did a great job for me. Below are some areas I wanted to mention as they really knocked it out of the park.
    Quoting: Justin provided multiple options and explained the difference between each option. I’m sure I annoyed him with my insistence of understanding the pros and cons of each but he was patient with me and thorough with their explanation.
    Communication: Kate communicated during each step of the process from following-up with the quote, quote acceptance, equipment availability, scheduling, pre-install, and post-install.
    Install: I personally did not meet the tech(s) who installed my system but I would like to buy him/her/them a beer. My HVAC room is not the biggest, they were careful in removing the old system which resulted in no dents/dings in the walls. The ducting they replaced was 100x’s better than what was there before and would make Willis Carrier proud. They made sure to level the outside unit using gravitational technology that not all techs are proficient at.
    10/10 would use them again and recommend Balance Point to the Dalai Lama himself.

    My experience with Balance Point has been excellent. I had to have a new AC and furnace put in as my previous AC and furnace were over 25 years old and had finally failed. Below are the reasons why I am happy that I chose Balance Point to install my new units.

    -They install and maintain Carrier AC's and furnaces which is a top brand according to my research
    -Their price point is much better than the other companies I got quotes from. These other companies were even quoting brands that did not score as high on consumer reports.
    -Their customer service is excellent. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The technicians and the owner are also very honest and take the time to explain everything to you.
    -Their quality of work is superb. I have not had any issues for the first few weeks after the install. The AC has been able to keep my house at 68 degrees even when the outdoor temperature reached 96-97 degrees.

    I look forward to using Balance Point in the future for any and all maintenance that is necessary to keep these units running smoothly. I highly recommend Balance Point if you are needing repairs or are in the market for new units.

    Got stranded in the heat with a one year old all because one of there techs didn't want to fully look into the problem and just assumed my coil in the basement was leaking on Friday so he puts 3 lbs of freon in it and does nothing else. That lasted a day. Then he comes back Monday and tells me "now that I've looked into it it's actually a hole on the outside unit, normally it's the one in the basement though" when he took the cover off the outside unit low and behold there was a hole right there plane as day right in one of the lines. So then they tryed charging me to do that repair too. Plus now the system is all the way out of freon. Ultimately I think if the tech would have just taken the time to look it would have been fixed the first time for the amount I paid the first time. They did refund me though after I threatened to take legal actions after telling me how incompetent I am because I didn't understand why the tech didn't fully look into it the first time. Understand a misdiagnosis but not taking the time to look into it at all is something completely different and that's what I tried explaining to them and got told I was the one lying.

    I have used Balanced Point to replace my AC 5 years ago and my furnace in early 2022. I consider them a very competent, clean, and professional organization. There are also reasonable and fair with the prices they charge.
