When our 22 year old A/C unit was first acting up, Justin came by to take a look. He gave us a quote but also gave us tips on how we could extend the life of that unit - for FREE! We took his advice and were able to save up for two more years. This summer when the system was struggling again, we were financially able to replace the old system. For anyone wondering how they compare price-wise, when our system first went out, we had several companies come out to give us quotes. All companies were within a couple hundred dollars of each other so Balance Point is fairly priced in the KC market. They have a couple of different financing options to fit any budget.

When your A/C goes out in the middle of summer, you need a company who will be prompt and effective. We signed the paperwork and they were at our house 2 days later installing. The men who installed cleaned up after themselves and even though they had to cut into the ceiling, they made it look like an original part of the basement design.

Balance Point was able to get me in the same day as my home warranty service request was submitted, which was a very pleasant surprise. Eric did a fantastic job - he was thorough, knowledgeable and professional and talked me through everything that he was checking and doing.

Technician was great, explained a few questions I had. The most thorough of anyone who has previously done the Hvac Maint. Check since we have lived here. Highly recommend this company. They also previously helped us one winter when a power surge took out our thermostat. Will definitely call them first if we have any hvac issues. Thank you!

When my AC quit working, I asked my Facebook friends for recommendations for a trustworthy, honest HVAC company and Balance Point was one of the suggestions. I could not be happier with their service! They were knowledgeable, friendly and had my AC up and running in less than 2 hours from the time I called them, and for only $200! I hope I don’t need them anytime soon… but they will be my official HVAC company in the future!

We have been with Balance Point for over 5 years. This is hands-down the best experience with have had with a Heating and Cooling company. They are responsive and quality minded. They helped trouble-shoot an ozone problem with an aging electrostatic filter in our home and I am forever grateful for that! Can't say enough good things about them. I have finally found an HVAC company I can trust! From my initial call to schedule the appointment, I could tell this was a great company. The ladies in the office were so friendly and they even called me the day before to tell me when they would be out. Diagnosed the problem quickly, unfortunately ours is a mobile home so parts aren't usually in stock. To our surprise both times they had them by the next day and were up and running.
