Could not have asked for a better experience. Have been using Balance Point for years for maintenance and never thought about calling anyone else when it was time to replace our system. 1st time purchasing AC and furnace and they took time to explain all the options and extras offered so we could understand and choose what we needed and what we didn't. Will continue to use them to maintain our new system. Would definitely recommend Balance Point!

Balance Point is fantastic. We've had them check our AC/Heating system several times. In the most recent visit, they were able to determine a configuration issue that was heavily impeding our AC performance that we would like not have discovered otherwise. Would highly recommend, and is our go-to option.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Eric was fabulous. we were leaving town the next morning at 3am and A/C unit quit working the 26 hours before we were to leave. We called them promptly at 8 the day before we left and he was out and had it fixed by 10:30am. The house is once again cool. Also, this was the week the temps were hitting 90s with a heat index of 100+ with 4 animals that would be at home. They really came thru for us and we will not do business with any other company. 5 Star all the way!!

The folks at Balance Point are great! We’ve got a maintenance contract with them, so our heating and AC are always operating efficiently. This is a simple way to save on our energy bills along with having the Balance Point technicians providing regular inspections, thereby trouble shooting small problems before they’re big and costly ones.
