Awesome customer service. Called HaHa after home warranty sent out an unprofessional contractor. Contractor told us that the control board was unserviceable. Call HaHa to get a second opinion and technician determined it was a fuse and electrical connector needed. Saved us about $400. Excellent customer service and very competent technician. I will definitely call or refer HaHa for all HVAC/AC problem.

I was in a real bind. A competitor came out to my HVAC unit, said that he thought the unit was set up incorrectly, and stated that he didn't want to be liable for anything so he elected to just leave me in the dust. This was at about 10:45 am. After calling around to 5 different places, I finally called Haha's. I spoke with someone named Faris. Faris stated that he could swing by at approx 1:00 pm. I told him that with a newborn at home I'm looking around for whomever can swing by the earliest and that let's schedule out for 1:00 pm. About 5 min after that call, Faris called me back and said that he doesn't want our newborn to have to hang out in the summer heat, so he made some arrangements and was able to come over at 11:20 am (significantly earlier than what I thought was possible, but very much appreciated). Within a matter of minutes he was able to diagnose the issue and have the unit back up and running. Turns out the high voltage connector wasn't completing the circuit, so he replaced it. I was so glad to find out that I didn't have to pay thousands for an entirely new unit. I got everything done for such a low price! Faris was an incredible technician to work with - competent, understanding, flexible, quick, thorough, and all at a great price. I will recommend this company to everyone. I'm so glad the competitor (a particular company based in Grain Valley that will remain unnamed) did not stay to "work" on my unit and that I found Haha's instead.

Faris with Haha Heating and Cooling has been fantastic! We called him for a second opinion. He came in and tested every element to our heater and didn't charge us a service call fee. He tried replacing several different components with no results. To which, we had to resort to getting a new furnace. He actually worked with us to come to a result before we resorted to replacing. The previous person tested one element and then was overcharging us to even do the repair. Faris tested the same element we were told needed replaced and found that that was not the issue. So thankful for the Faris stepping in and taking care of us during our time of need.

We had an issue late on a Friday night where we were unable to shut off our gas fireplace. They were very responsive to assist in shutting it off over the phone and getting a servicing appointment scheduled.

Thank you Faris. He drove all the way to Warrensburg Mo to repair my Sisters air conditioner. We were told locally it needed replace and the compressor was not repairable. Faris took less than 10 minutes to find out it was just a wire tripping the breaker. He was professional, respectful and a true gentleman hold the door open when going in and out of the house. When I originally interacted with someone from HaHa's (Jeff Hensley) he portrayed himself as the owner. He didn't meet obligations on time of services with me, nor was he honest. I own 2 central air units and at the time I was referred to John, both were down. One was just one wire that had been detached. He charged me $150.00. Before he diagnosed the 2nd C/A unit, I advised and showed him that I own a new unit which is in my shed. He told me that I only needed the motor to the compressor changed and it would cost $375. I agreed and he was supposed to come replace it. Instead he calls and tells me that I need to pay him $2600.00 to install the new unit I own. I refused. He comes to my home two days later and guts my c/a unit while I was out working. He said he needed to take the compressor motor with him to match it up at the parts store. He never came back so I went to the friend that referred me to him. When John found out that I had exposed his scandalous behavior, he began threatening me and calling me filthy names via text and on Facebook. I ended up ordering my own parts and had to threaten John Hensley that I was filing charges on him for refusing to return my parts and harrassment. I also stopped payment on the first repair check. About a week later, the actual owner, Faris HaHa reached out to me about my check. He thought it had bounced. After explaining what John Hensley put me through, he sent his technician Ahmed over and he installed my fan correctly and had my C/A working in no time. They REFUSED to charge me and were very apologetic. I sent all of the messages I received from John Hensley to Mr. Faris HaHa. He terminated his employment immediately. I've had to have a service call again on the same unit, this time in the air handler. Mr. HaHa sent Ahmed. They are pleasant and efficient to work with and I will give them my business from here on out.

Fast excellent service. Faris explained everything he was doing to fix AC unit. He showed me old parts that had burned out and new replacement parts. Taught me what is needed to prolong life of unit. Highly recommend.

F & H Heating came out in January 2019 to work on my heat pump. The outside unit was icing up with all the moisture we have had this winter. They were very pleasant to work with. They came out the same day I called. They ended up having to order some parts and as soon as they came in they we're back out to install them. They put the unit up on some legs and replaced the defrost mechanism. The unit has been working like it should be and no more ice build up after the next ice storm we had. I am so grateful and look forward to working with them again. Thank you so much.

This guy was so kind. He got out here quick and found the problem quickly. Had it figured out and fixed within a half hour. Very efficient. Highly recommended

Haha's Heating and Cooling is an excellent company to do business with. When my air conditioning compressor stopped cooling, they were the only company that could dispatch a service technician to solve my problem immediately. They had my air conditioning up and running in no time and at a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again with out hesitation.
