Our furnace stopped working in the evening and temperatures outside were very low. We called Reece and they showed up within 2 hours and fixed the problem quickly! They are prompt, professional, efficient, honest, and very respectful. This is the second time that we have had to call in the evening and they delivered service the same night. They are also very knowledgeable, we learned a lot about what type of furnace to install if we should ever build a house. We are very pleased with their work and will continue to use them.

I have used Reece in the past and they have always been quick to respond and diagnosed the problem. Today I got home from work and smelled a burning odor. I checked the furnace and the motor was not running. I assumed the motor was bad. Reece was called and they responded quickly. The technician said the motor was running slow and needed replacement. The price quoted was very high. Over $700 so I did some shopping and paid the service fee. I had a motor replaced several years earlier and it was not even close to that price.

I found a competitor who offered to replace the motor for $350 with a 4 year warranty. When the technician arrived and checked out the furnace he found the motor was fine. The problem was burnt wires and a bad capacitor. So Reece missed this one which could have cost me over $700 for a $30 capacitor. It was my lucky day.

I called Reece and let them know what happened and the representative assured me my service fee check would not be cashed. He apologized for the error and thanked me for bringing it to his attention. Things happen and I give Reece the benefit of the doubt. It shows class for them to void the service fee. They earned another star for that one.

In conclusion, Reece is not a bad company. They are very quick when you need them and have completed work for me in the past. The price quote for the motor was very high and the technician made a huge mistake which could have cost us a lot of money. If you use Reece just make sure they do a thorough diagnosis and check the average price for whatever repair you need. Google is your friend for finding that stuff.

Dustin provided outstanding service, going through an extensive troubleshooting process, explaining the issues and then talking through the recommended actions. He then expertly replaced the required components and finished with a thorough inspection of the entire system before completing the work.

I received a quote from Sean of Reece Heating and Cooling for a whole house humidifier. The quote was for nearly half of what another heating and cooling company had quoted and the unit installed by Reece had a ten year parts warranty compared to a one year warranty offered by the other company! The technician, Dustin, was punctual, very professional in his installation of the unit, and we found him to be extremely pleasant and knowledgable. He also was adept at explaining in detail the operation of the unit, answered installation questions, and general HVAC questions in such a way as to be easily understood by all. We have found a terrific heating and cooling company in Reece. In fact, our neighbors are searching for an HVAC company and we wholeheartedly recommended Reece!

I was desperate for help with my heating, because the furnace would not kick in this morning, and it's -2 outside!!! Called Reece Heating and Cooling but did not expect any help before Monday, because all other places I had called are totally backed up. Within 15 minutes I got a call back from Sean, with Reece, and he initially tried to help me over the phone (which I really appreciated!), but once he realized it was more than that, he managed to stop by my place, since he was close by. Did NOT expect that kind of consideration, and am so grateful. Sean was helpful, friendly, courteous, and efficient - our heat is back, and I am happy. Reece Heating & Cooling is now on my 'favorites' list on my phone. Thank you Reece and Sean!

Reece responded to our furnace problem very quickly. All of there guys were very friendly and professional. They made it warm when we needed it and in the end there rates were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend giving them a call.

Great Price, Fast Service! Can't say enough about these guys. Cooling fan failed at 10 pm, unit was fixed next afternoon by the company's owner to get it done because his techs were busy. Now that's Customer Service!
