Arctic Air Heating & Cooling

We have used Arctic Air for years. They are outstanding in every aspect. Great technicians that are highly knowledgeable of our AC & Furnace. They installed both years ago & do seasonal maintenance to keep running smoothly. Always great advice for us, thorough cleaning/readying for the season. Always on time & very reasonable prices. Janet, in the office very timely in scheduling seasonal maintenance & always getting us on schedule quickly on any issues we need checked. We highly recommend Arctic Air.

Our condensing coil was leaking and it was just a matter of time until we had no A/C. I called Ray at Arctic Air and he said since my unit is so old it would be hard to find a replacement coil and very expensive. I ordered a whole new unit and they got it to me within 3 days. Brandon installed the unit and was very professional and efficient. He stayed with the unit until he was satisfied it was operating correctly. Would definitely recommend having Brandon do all the work on my A/C units and my heating units also.

One of the hottest days yet and no cold air blowing. Shocked that I was not on a weeklong waiting list! Brandon came out same day as my call and not only fixed AC quickly, but answered a ton of questions that I had. Grateful for not only his methodical fact-finding, but the education! The fan on our A/C Unit stopped working leaving us concerned about the cost of repair/replacement. When I called the Office to make an appointment, Janet was GREAT!!! She assured me that Brandon would be calling to confirm I would be home later that day. I was AMAZED a Tech would actually arrive the same day ... & make necessary repairs! Brandon did exactly that! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ARTIC AIR HEATING & COOLING!!!! GREAT TEAM!!!!

Brandon was our technician and he’s been to our residence before to service all of our HVAC needs. He very personable, honest, and always does a great job. We are always very happy to see him as we know we are going to get excellent service, knowledge and professionalism. Artic Air is now our go to company for our HVAC services.

We have purchased two heating/cooling systems from Arctic Air, and have them do the annual fall and spring tune-ups. Josh checked our AC system recently and was professional, efficient and personable. In addition to checking the unit and thermostat inside the house, he removed the outside condenser panels to spray down the coils and to check that the the electrical wiring was in good shape. He also re-secured a cable attached to the house. I was impressed by his conscientious attention to detail.

We were very pleased with the service provided by everyone at Arctic Air in replacing our HVAC system in our house. From our consultation and free estimate with Ray, to Janet's help in the main office, to the crew who installed our system who were courteous, helpful, and thorough in their work.

Arctic Air has been there for me when I needed their service! Below zero when my furnace shot craps. Had a tech out asap on a Sunday. Nothing he could do for the old system, no warehouse open, said he would get a new system ordered and would be back with a crew first thing Monday morning.
He and his crew were here first thing Monday. Removed the old Heat Pump the wasn’t even installed correctly, had the new unit installed and the heat restored in short order.
Here this time for a system check before the fire that is a Missouri summer. Checked 100%, he then cleaned th outside AC unit, cleaned out a lot of old Cottonwood cotton that I had missed hosing out the unit last summer.
I’m good to go! 100% satisfied.

Our ac stopped working on the hottest day of the summer and our tech was promptly at our house. He texted before arrival and he kindly explained everything he was doing. I’d definitely recommend this business!

Needed to replace our old AC. They were able to schedule us quickly, and was out the day after we called. They leveled the pad the condenser was on, quickly got the old unit out, installed the new one, and it works great. Highly recommend them if you need HVAC work done!
