Arctic Air Heating & Cooling Rocks! I've had them service my AC unit in the past, and they were fast, professional, and great to deal with. It was time for a new furnace and they were the only company I considered. They came out when it was convenient for me. Brandon gave me several options for a new furnace, and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I decided on a Lennox furnace, and to my pleasant surprise, they came out and installed the unit on the same day! The team that installed the furnace were courteous, professional, and did a fantastic job explaining what they did and why. After the install, they took time to clean up and made sure I was happy with their work. A new thermostat was installed and they took the time to explain how to program it. All in all, this is the company you should call when you need any HVAC work done!

We have used Arctic Air for years to come and tune up our furnace and air conditioning and have always had a good experience with them. This past week, they came to tune up our furnace and found a problem with the humidifier saddle valve. The tech requested that we would need to call for a service call to have it fixed which would be over $100. When I showed them paperwork of one of their techs who fixed it on our tune up call a couple of years ago for only $25, they wouldn't budge and said the tech shouldn't have done that. It's a service call repair, not a tune up repair. So, seeing the inconsistency led to a 4 star and not a 5 star review.

I ended up not using their services as I was able to fix the issues on my end. However, they were amazingly professional from the moment I called to the end. Brandon was helpful over the phone, not pushy and insightful. I felt like I mattered as a person more so than a potential dollar. I hope I never have to use their service (haha) but if I do I'll give them a call first. I'll also recommend them to anyone near me who is needing their services.

Have been working with Artic Air for 20 plus years. They have always gone out of their way to be absolutely certain we were well taken care of. Our furnace started leaking water on Sep 29 which was a Sunday. We called and left a message that night. They called us early the next day and had a service person(Brandon) at our house by noon. He promptly unplugged the drain and showed me how to prevent future problems. I highly recommend them for all HVc needs!

Although we had to bite a huge $$$$ bullet and get a whole new unit, the technicians from Arctic Air were highly polite and got to us as quickly as they could when our home was 95 degrees. Within a few hours, our home was cool again! My whole family uses Arctic Air and now I understand why. A big thank you to Brandon especially, for being abundantly kind and taking the time to explain everything to my grandpa, who loves to know details! :)

We had such a great experience with Arctic Heating and Cooling!! Our heater went out during a very bad snow/ice storm. We woke up to it being 50 degrees in our house!! I called around and Arctic was the only company to even answer the phone. They were nice, professional, knowledgeable and very prompt. I highly recommend them and specifically Kirk, the technician they sent to our house!!

I recently had an issue where our furnace wasn't heating. I called Arctic air and they had a technician Cody at our home within a few hours. Cody was very friendly and explained the issue as well as made a few recommendations to us which included moving our Co2 detectors for safety reasons. Quick, efficient and professional.

Arranged for a new, more efficient A/C and furnace to be installed after our 20-25 yr. old unit finally "gave up the ghost". Got an estimate from the owner, Reza (Ray) N., about a year ago in Aug. 2017. They honored last year's cost quote that Ray gave me, AND waived a service charge of over $225 for a new part that I needed for my old unit, since I decided to purchase a new unit. The installer (Josh) texted me re: what time he & his partner/helper expected to arrive, as well as about how long the installation process would be likely to take. Josh texted me again on the morning he was scheduled to arrive--about 30 mins. before the scheduled time. He and his partner arrived right on time and finished about 30 mins. sooner than Josh had estimated (Hooray!). Josh also took plenty of time to show me how the new thermostat worked, as well as to explain to me exactly how the rebate process worked, how the warranty worked, as well as recommending various A/C cleaning practices ( e.g.,spraying the A/C unit in the summer, changing the filter, where to buy them cheap) and scheduling regular spring & fall maintenance visits. Overall, a great experience and, I would add, very reasonably priced (I felt). Full Disclosure: I have used Arctic Air for routine A/C and furnace maintenance since we bought our house in 1988--about 30 years--and I think they are great!
