Arctic Air Heating & Cooling

When we needed to replace our heat pump and air handler, the guys from Arctic Air came out, evaluated the equipment, gave us choices, and then got our job finished VERY quickly. They were knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and left our property clean. Excellent company to work with!!

Called them at 8 am with an a/c issue. They were here by 11am and fixed in less than half an hour. The service man was personable and worked very fast. Excellent work.

Always a great experience with knowledgeable, respectful, friendly, and experienced technicians. Both technicians who serviced my home today were awesome and very kind (Kirk and I unfortunately cannot remember the other technicians name). The first technician did a very thorough tune up with helpful filter information. Kirk was super knowledgeable and helpful with wiring/nest thermostat issues. Pricing is also very reasonable. Definitely a gem in the Gladstone area!

What's that saying? Would recommend to friends and family - that's the one. Definitely WOULD. The woman on reception was extremely nice. Jared came out on Christmas Eve to fix our furnace. He called before he came and listened to my full explanation respectfully. When he arrived he wore his mask, communicated every step that he performed and (my favorite part) he explained what had gone wrong and specifically what he did to fix it.

I called them late Tuesday afternoon. Brandon arrived Wednesday morning, diagnosed the problems and discussed various solutions with me. He was very careful not to push towards repair or replacement; he just laid out the options clearly. I opted for replacement and Nick installed my new unit Thursday morning; my house was cool that afternoon. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional. My new unit is so much quieter -- I'm only sorry that summer is nearly over here!

I called Arctic Air last week because my air conditioner had stopped blowing cool air. I was very pleased from the person who answered my call to the technician that came to my home. My air conditioner was frozen up so the technician told me to turn it off and that he would return in a few hours as it had to defrost before he could diagnose the problem. He returned as he had promised and had the air conditioner repaired in no time! The technician was very kind and professional and the bill for service was very reasonable. I will certainly recommend Arctic Air to my friends and family!

Attic Air is a very friendly and personable company. They work hard to make service convenient for the customer. When our first AC went out on the hottest day of the year and we told them I had a medical condition and needed AC to breath better, they came out immediately to evaluate what was needed. When it was determined we needed a new system, they installed it the next day. Many years later when our AC died again and we called them, they came out the same day to evaluate and installed the new system the next day again. They care about their customers and thoroughly answer an questions. I would recommend them to others.

Had a great experience with Artic Air. Had them come out and fill my unit with coolant early in the spring. Brandon took a look at it and told me it was on its last leg. I knew it was gonna go at some point I'd been filling it with coolant for several years. It was original to the house which is 20 years old. It finally shot craps on me on the hottest day of the year yet. Ray came out and cut me a great deal on replacing both my furnace and AC. They showed up promptly when they said they would. The technician who came out did a great job and had a younger gentleman with him training which I loved seeing. The world is gonna be in need of our younger generation to learn trades. They got the job done, cleaned up, after themselves, and did it all in a promptly manner. I would highly recommend you if your in need these guys are should be your number one choice.

We have been using Arctic Air Heating & Cooling for many years. Last week they performed annual checkup for our furnace. In the past we have always had the same technician, but found out he isno longer with Arctic Air. Josh serviced our unit this year and he was very courteous and efficient. Very happy with Josh and with Arctic Air.
