Very happy with this company. First time using them. A/C stopped blowing cold in the middle of the night. My wife is pregnant and we needed this fixed fast lol. They had someone out within an hour. Luckily it just needed a new starter. Brandon had us fixed up in no time. He was very friendly and did a great job. Thanks guys!

I have always been please with Arctic Air; there work is exceptional, their technicians professional, and their pricing... very reasonable. Today I had an emergent issue with our furnace so I gave them a call. Within 30 minutes of my call Kirk arrived and resolved the issue very quickly. I was super-pleased he was able to respond so quickly and I highly recommend them anytime you have a question or concern, they are awesome!

Our furnace started acting up on one of the coldest nights of this winter. Brandon responded to a late night call to Artic Air. He quickly diagnosed the issue and offered options on how to fix it. We decided to have the old furnace replaced. Cody and Josh were at our house the next morning to do the install. They worked quickly and efficiently. They caught a gas leak problem and quickly fixed that too. All three were knowledgeable & professional. I’d recommend them to anyone. We’ll use them again in the future.

Our A/C unit failed on Father's Day weekend. I called many local companies (including some that do a lot of advertising) and Brandon from Arctic Air was the only person who called back. Not only that, but he came out that very day (a Sunday) to see if my unit could be serviced.

Unfortunately, the fan motor on our external unit had seized up. Brandon listened to my questions and clearly explained different options to address the problem. I appreciate that he did not try to sell or replace "more than I needed". I decided to go with a new efficient replacement system and Brandon set me up for an installation the following day.

The Arctic Air installation guys (Nick and Bo) called to let me know they were on the way and were very professional and courteous throughout the installation. They did a great job and left the work site spotless. Nick took the time to show me how to keep the unit clean and answered all my questions before leaving.

I'm looking forward to much lower cooling bills this summer. I will definitely recommend this company to any of my friends. Thanks to all the Arctic Air team for their quick response and quality work!
