Arctic Air Heating & Cooling

12/2022, we returned from a trip and our house was freezing cold. Turning up the thermostat didn't help so we called Artic Air (Gladstone). Turns out the plastic shield inside the furnace cracked wasn't regulating air. It took about a week to get parts in and fix the problem, but Artic Air diagnosed the problem, the cost was average, and it's keeping our 10 yr old furnace running a bit longer! We will use again in the future!

I can’t recommend Artic Air enough! We’ve used them for 3 years and they’ve performed basic maintenance and major repairs like a motherboard replacement for us. Brandon is the main reason we’ve had such a great experience with Artic Air. He’s extremely knowledgeable, proficient in his craft and fun to talk to. Excellent company.

Literally the BEST company around! Recommend them to everyone! They not only answer quick…but come immediately and fix what needs to be fixed. They don’t up-charge, only fix what needs to be fixed, and prices are cheaper than everyone else. We actually went though them on our own after our warranty company kept trying to send people who wouldn’t set appointments and when they finally sent a company that answers their calls…tried to say a ridiculous amount of things needed to be fixed…most the warranty wouldn’t cover. After calling Artic air heating and cooling we found out our issue was not a big deal at all and got fixed that day for about as much as I paid my warrant just to have someone come out…

The technician was knowledgeable, respectful of the property, and made efficiency suggestions that seemed “right on” in terms of system longevity and energy use.

As a female, I often get the repair guys who act like I would never understand what they are talking about and trying to overcharge. With Rick, he made sure I understood what he was doing, what was needed, and what he would be charging for exactly. He worked around my schedule to come at a time that best worked for me and he even FOLLOWED up to make sure everything was working ok. He definitely made me feel like he really cares about his customers and trying to give them the best services and outcomes possible!
