Highly recommended! The Headrush Roasters Gladstone location rooftop air conditioning unit broke right before summer, and needed urgently to replace the unit. We did our research, and decided to reach out to this fellow small business owner. From the get go, everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient, we are very satisfied with the quality of the unit and work done! We are grateful for the honest work!

Highly recommend. My AC stopped working on a Friday after hours and Faris from the company came out the next day on a Saturday. Faris took care to explain everything to me very well and showed me what was wrong with the unit. He was very professional, polite and seemed honest.

Since the necessary parts won’t be in until Monday, he helped get the unit to “limp along” until Monday and even offered his cell number in case something went wrong before Monday.

He also explained they have a maintenance program where they will come and inspect and maintain the AC once a year and the furnace once a year. I am signing up for this program and I highly recommend it! I could have maybe prevented the issue I was having with the unit in the first place.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received! Unlike the other companies I'd called for a quote, I never felt like I was being swindled into overpaying for a system I don't really need. They gave me honest answers and delivered just the system my home needed for a reasonable price.

They sent a technician to my home to do a quote for my home warranty because my furnace was tripping the breaker and not heating my house. My home warranty company ultimately said the repairs weren’t covered by my warranty so I hired a different licensed tech to do the work. When he opened my furnace (and I was standing there when he did this) he found that the tech who did my estimate had unhooked stuff and left it in the conditions shown in the photos attached.
I called them right away to let them know what we found, and was basically told I was a liar. The manager, Robbie, was incredibly rude to me and said that whoever I hired is who did this because they would never leave a furnace like this.
The interesting part about all of this is that I wasn’t looking for anything with my phone call. I didn’t want money from them. I didn’t ask them to come back out. I was just simply letting them know their technician made a mistake. I didn’t even suggest that this was done maliciously because the young tech who came out was super nice. I’m sure it was an over site to not hook everything back up.
I would not recommend this company. They have zero interest in their customers. Additionally they asked my warranty company to pay more than twice the actual cost for the parts. I ordered the OEM parts needed for less than $450 delivered with overnight service and they were asking to be paid over $1000 for the same parts. How dishonest is that?

Haha's took pride in their installation and care was shown for our employees and facilities. They stayed and worked overtime on a Friday evening to get the job finished for us. We are very pleased with the work that they did and the effort that they made on our behalf.

Faris and his team are the best! Extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I had an old system that was more that 16 years old and just couldn't keep up. Faris came over -- did an analysis of my home and such -- provided me with various options. What set him aside from others that I had gotten estimates from was he was honest with what was best for me -- not what was best for the company...I highly recommend HaHa Heating and Cooling for all your heating and cooling needs...

Company never called to let me know they were not coming. After two weeks, they said we were to far out. They have a contract with home warranty and failed to follow-up. Very bad business practices.

Fast and friendly company. We ended up not having any issues with the furnace. He was very helpful. Also pointed out a issue with our fireplace that is not safe and we should fix it before we use it.
